Lease Signings


Michael Salove Co. Commercial Real Estate (610-664-8100) signed leases with Green Street Consignment, Nextel Communications and Sam’s Grill for several Chestnut Street properties in Philadelphia, PA. Green Street Consignment will occupy the first and second floors of 1733 Chestnut Street. Nextel Communications will also occupy a space on the 1700 block of Chestnut Street, while Sam’s Grill will occupy the space at 1907 Chestnut Street.

 

The Greenberg Co. (301-657-2525) signed the following leases at Terrapin Station, a center located on Baltimore Avenue in College Park, MD: 1,468 sq.ft. for five years with Pita Pit; 1,536 sq.ft. for five years with T-Mobile; 1,900 sq.ft. for 10 years with Moe’s Southwest Grill; 1,529 sq.ft. for 10 years with Quizno’s Subs; 1,033 sq.ft. for three years with Insomnia Cookies and 976 sq.ft. for 10 years with Roly Poly.

 

Colliers Seeley (213-627-1214) signed the following leases with Pier 1 Imports: 11,000 sq.ft. at Packwood Regional Shopping Center in Visalia, CA and 10,800 sq.ft. at Foothill Town Center Square located at the intersection of Spruce and Foothill in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

 

Edgemark Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC (630-472-1010) signed the following leases throughout IL: 1,620 sq.ft. with Marshall Salon Services at Centerpointe of Woodridge in Woodridge; 1,220 sq.ft. with Hearts A Pop’n and 875 sq.ft. with Paramount Commercial Properties at Huntley Square in Carpentersville; 1,500 sq.ft. with H&R Block at Centennial Plaza in Lemont; 6,100 sq.ft. with Concentra Health at Riverside Square in Chicago; 1,200 sq.ft. with Unique Nails at Algonquin Town Center in Algonquin; 1,400 sq.ft. with Nick & Willy’s and 3,500 sq.ft. with Washington Mutual at Frontier Place in Naperville and 4,000 sq.ft. with Hallmark at Lockport/Jewel in Lockport. The company also signed a lease for 1,200 sq.ft. with LA Weight Loss at Koeller Center in Osh Kosh, WI.

 

Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (212-599-3700) signed a lease for 1,500 sq.ft. with Karl Kemp & Associates, Ltd. at 833 Madison Avenue in New York, NY. It will be the second store for the high-end antique dealer. Area retail includes Cesare Pacciotti and Gucci Group.

 

Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate (619-398-4673) signed a lease for 5,051 sq.ft. for The Sleep Train at the former Mission Valley Strouds located on Camino de la Reina in San Diego, CA. The company also signed a lease for 1,213 sq.ft. with Postal Annex at Creekside Market Place located at the intersection of Highway 78 and San Marcos Boulevard in San Marcos, CA. The company also signed a lease for 5,484 sq.ft. with Banner Mattress at Campus Plaza located on College Avenue in San Diego, CA.

 

Zifkin Realty & Development, LLC (847-615-2855) signed the following leases at River East Center located at the intersection of North Columbus Drive and East Illinois Street in Chicago, IL: 36,067 sq.ft. with Lucky Strike Lanes; 11,690 sq.ft. with Walgreens and 4,078 sq.ft. with Harris Bank.

 

Neal Realty & Investments, Inc. (954-568-0530) signed the following leases throughout FL: 7,022 sq.ft. with Elegant Beauty Supply at North Lauderdale Wal*Mart Center located at the intersection of Rock Island Road and McNab Road in North Lauderdale, FL. The lease is for 10 years and is valued at $931,918; and 1,826 sq.ft. with Jungle Games at Walgreens at Wilton Manors, a center located at the intersection of Andrews Avenue and 29th Street in Wilton Manors.  The lease is for five years and is valued at $126,176.

 

Southeastern Realty Group, Inc. (407-629-5595) signed a lease for 5,792 sq.ft. with Applebee’s Restaurant at The Oak Groves Shoppes located in Altamonte Springs, FL.
