Lease Signings Michael Salove Co. Commercial Real Estate (610-664-8100) signed leases with Green Street Consignment, Nextel Communications and Sam’s Grill for several Chestnut Street properties in Philadelphia, PA. Green Street Consignment will occupy the first and second floors of 1733 Chestnut Street. Nextel Communications will also occupy a space on the 1700 block of Chestnut Street, while Sam’s Grill will occupy the space at 1907 Chestnut Street.
The Greenberg Co. (301-657-2525) signed the following leases at Terrapin Station, a center located on Baltimore Avenue in College Park, MD: 1,468 sq.ft. for five years with Pita Pit; 1,536 sq.ft. for five years with T-Mobile; 1,900 sq.ft. for 10 years with Moe’s Southwest Grill; 1,529 sq.ft. for 10 years with Quizno’s Subs; 1,033 sq.ft. for three years with Insomnia Cookies and 976 sq.ft. for 10 years with Roly Poly.
Colliers Seeley (213-627-1214) signed the following leases with Pier 1 Imports: 11,000 sq.ft. at Packwood Regional Shopping Center in Visalia, CA and 10,800 sq.ft. at Foothill Town Center Square located at the intersection of Spruce and Foothill in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
