Real Estate Professionals Making The News Fameco Real Estate (610-834-8000) hired Ronald J. Cappello as associate in the firm’s investment sales group. Cappello was formerly the senior director of acquisitions at Federal Realty Investment Trust in Rockville, MD. He also served as vice president of acquisitions at Mid-Atlantic Realty Trust in Baltimore, MD and director of business development at Kramont Realty Trust in Plymouth Meeting, PA. Cappello brings nearly 20 years of experience in real estate sales and brokerage to his new position at Fameco.
Pine Tree Commercial Realty, LLC (847-735-0600) hired Scott Goldman as the company manager of acquisitions. The newly-created position is designed to further support the real estate developer’s entry into retail real estate acquisitions. Prior to joining Pine Tree, Goldman worked at Equibase Capital Partners in Chicago, IL, where he helped oversee financial analysis, due diligence and valuation for equity and mezzanine investments that were part of the $250 million Everest Real Estate Fund. Before that, he worked for The Northern Trust Co. in Chicago, where he worked on debt financing portfolios ranging in size from $10 million to $500 million.
Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate (619-398-4673) hired Chad Scoggins to its sales team. He will serve as an associate vice president and will specialize in private capital investment and tenant representation. With more than 12 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Scoggins will conduct brokerage throughout the San Diego County market. He has secured more than 300 transactions with a career volume of over $100 million. Prior to joining Flocke & Avoyer, Scoggins was a retail/investment specialist for Colliers Monroe Friedlander in Honolulu, HI. The company also named Jessica Kenyon as marketing and information services manager. She will be responsible for managing all marketing initiatives, including design and implementation of print, web, research and events.

Prior to joining the company, Paige was marketing director at Westfarms in Farmington, CT. Paige also previously served at The Plaza and The Court of King of Prussia in Philadelphia, PA where she was responsible for all shopping center marketing, tourism, public relations and special events. Earlier in her career, she worked with Westfield America, a shopping center development company in several marketing and management-related capacities throughout the U.S. and in Sydney, Australia.
