The center is cotenanted by Target and Lowe’s Home Improvement. The company currently operates 829 stores throughout 48 states and Canada. The company also is planning to open a Michael’s Arts & Crafts store in Winter Park, FL. It will be the company’s 1000th store. The company currently operates 832 Michael’s, 162 Aaron Brothers, seven Recollections stores and three Star Wholesale locations. Circuit City Stores, Inc. (804-527-4000) is planning to open a 34,202 sq.ft. Circuit City store at the intersection of Interstate 70 South Outer Road and Suemandy Drive in St. Peters, MO. Construction is slated to begin during October, with opening slated for June 2005.
Brinker International (972-980-9917) is planning to open 20 Chili’s restaurants throughout AL and MS. In Mississippi, the company is opening restaurants throughout 19 smaller markets and non-metro cities and towns throughout the state. The company currently operates 1,000 Chili’s Grill & Bar locations throughout 24 countries. The theater will feature approximately 4,000 seats and will offer valet parking. AMC Theatres (816-221-4000) is planning to open a freestanding 14-screen theater at Northlake Mall located at the intersection of Interstate 77 and Reames Road in north Mecklenburg, NC. Opening is slated for September 2005. The 60,000 sq.ft. theater will seat 2,500. Albertsons, Inc. (208-385-6200) is planning to open seven Super Saver stores from its Extreme, Inc. operations. The store locations will be in the Dallas, TX and Baton Rouge, LA markets. The stores will be price-focused and will feature new store designs with new merchandising formats tailored to the demands of customers in their neighborhoods. Extreme, Inc. is a separate and distinct operating division of Albertsons.
Outback Steakhouse, Inc. (813-282-1225) opened a 5,600 sq.ft. Bonefish Grill on Mallory Lane in the Cool Springs area of Franklin, TN. The company currently operates 852 Outback Steakhouse restaurants, 159 Carrabba’s Italian Grill locations, 43 Bonefish Grill restaurants, 24 Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar restaurants, 18 Roy’s restaurants, five Cheeseburger in Paradise restaurants and two Lee Roy Selmon’s locations throughout 50 states and 21 countries.
U.S. Factory Outlets, Inc. (212-563-3650) opened a 45,000 sq.ft. U.S. Factory Outlets store at West Ridge Plaza in Bristol, TN. The space was formerly occupied by Wal*Mart. The company currently operates locations throughout ID, IL, IN, MA, MO, MS, ND, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX and VA. It offers manufacturer closeouts and other items at 40% to 80% off department store prices.

Worldwide Restaurant Concepts, Inc. (818-662-9800) is planning to open four to six Pat & Oscar’s locations during the coming 12 to 15 months. The company currently operates, franchises or joint ventures 312 Sizzler restaurants worldwide, 112 KFC restaurants located primarily in Queensland, Australia and 23 Pat & Oscar’s restaurants.
Dick’s Sporting Goods (412-787-1330) is planning to open an 84,000 sq.ft. store at the SouthPark Mall in Charlotte, NC. Opening is slated for this month.
Arby’s, LLC (404-467-6849) signed four franchise agreements to develop 30 locations during the coming four years. The restaurants will be located throughout IA, IL, NC, NE, VA and WI. The company currently operates 3,450 franchised restaurants throughout 48 states and five countries.
Noodles & Co. (303-554-1963) is planning to open 56 Noodles & Co. restaurants throughout Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego Counties in CA during the coming seven years. The company currently operates 70 company-operated restaurants throughout CO, IL, MD, MI, MN, TX, UT, VA and WI.

Dollar Tree (757-321-5000) is planning to open a 13,000 sq.ft. store on East Washington Street in Indianapolis, IN. The company currently operates more than 2,500 discount stores throughout 47 states.
Family Dollar Stores (704-847-6961) opened 109 stores throughout the following states during a four-week period: 23 throughout TX; eight in OH; six in WI; five each in AZ, NC and TN; four each in GA, IL, IN and PA; three each in FL, KY and UT; two each in AL, CO, ME, MN, NY and VA and one each in AR, ID, KS, LA, MD, MO, NE, NJ, OK and SC. The company also is planning to open approximately 500 to 560 stores and close 60 to 70 stores during the fiscal year ending August 27, 2005. The company currently operates stores throughout 44 states.
