Marketplace Properties is planning to develop Town Place Square, an $18 million mixed-use hospitality/retail commercial project located at the intersection of Milliken Avenue and 4th Street in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The seven-acre site is situated directly across the street from The Ontario Mills shopping center. The 98,000 sq.ft. project will be anchored by a four-story, 112-room Marriott TownePlace Suites Hotel, an 8,400 sq.ft. retail shop building and three additional pads designated for retail and sit-down restaurants.
