Lease Signings

Sansone Group (314-727-6664) signed the following leases throughout MO: 15,120 sq.ft. with Walgreens at Southtown Center located on South Kingshighway in St. Louis; 10,291 sq.ft. with Thomasville Furniture and 10,418 sq.ft. with Trader Joe’s at Promenade at Brentwood located on Brentwood Promenade Court in Brentwood; 1,131 sq.ft. with Ultra Image at Lindbergh Plaza located on South Lindbergh Boulevard in St. Louis and 2,800 sq.ft. with Gamma Healthcare at South Lakeview Plaza on Lemay Ferry Road in St. Louis.

Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (212-599-3700) signed a lease for 4,600 sq.ft. with Five Points Restaurant on Tenth Avenue in New York, NY. The company also signed a lease for 6,600 sq.ft. with Zales Jewelers at 2230 Broadway in New York, NY.

HSS Partners (847-677-9100) signed a lease with AutoZone for 7,280 sq.ft. at Meadow View Shopping Plaza located on West Algonquin Road in Rolling Meadows, IL. The lease coincides with a major redevelopment of the 22,000 sq.ft. center.

Breslin Realty Development Corp. (516-741-7400) signed a lease with Starbucks for 1,200 sq.ft. on Austin Boulevard in Island Park, NY. The space was formerly occupied by Prudentes Restaurant. Starbucks currently operates 55 locations throughout Long Island and plans 12 stores during the coming 18 months. The lease term consists of 10 years with two, five-year options.

Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. (248-848-3639) signed a lease for 59,938 sq.ft. with Hobby Lobby at Bay Valley Shopping Center located at 2480 Tittabawassee Road in Saginaw, MI. Hobby Lobby, an arts and crafts store, specializes in picture framing, jewelry making, fashion fabrics, floral, cards & party, baskets, wearable art, home accents and holiday supplies.

Island Associates (631-982-2100) signed the following leases at Terryville Plaza located on Old Town Road in Terryville, NY: 2,000 sq.ft. with Old Town Bagel and 2,000 sq.ft. with Nature’s Best Pets, which specializes in exotic animals and fish with a variety of natural and organic pet products.
