Grimm was previously vice president of real estate leasing and acquisitions for the company. Prior to that, he worked with Gloria Jean’s Coffees, Inc., where he was both an officer and the vice president of development. Before that, he was president of worldwide development at California Pizza Kitchen Restaurants, Inc.
Redstone Investments (330-759-4000) named Jeffrey M. Grinstein vice president and general counsel. Since 1991, Grinstein had served as general counsel and secretary of American Waste Services, Inc. and Avalon Holdings Corp. Prior to that, he was an associate with the Youngstown, OH law firm of Nadler, Nadler & Burdman Co., L.P.A. Redstone owns, manages and develops centers and other retail properties throughout 10 states.
CB Richard Ellis, Inc. (212-984-8000) hired Susan Kurland as executive vice president of the company’s Tri-State Retail Services Group. Kurland, who has worked with Cushman & Wakefield’s retail group since 1998 and was the company’s highest-grossing retail broker nationally, will work with the CB Richard Ellis senior vice president David LaPierre representing high-profile retail tenants as well as landlords. Kurland is a two-time Real Estate Board of New York award winner. During her career in retail brokerage, Kurland has arranged many important transactions, including Sports Club/LA at Rockefeller Center, McKenzie-Childs on West 57th Street and several deals for Wachovia Bank and H&M.

Silver has over 15 years of experience in commercial brokerage, leasing, property management and financial analysis. Cirar as senior vice president in investment properties/multi-housing in the central TX market, including Austin, San Antonio and the corridor markets.
