The center is anchored by Kroger; 10 years for 24,000 sq.ft. with Palais Royal at Cypress Mill Plaza located at the intersection of U.S. 290 and Spring in Houston; 10 years for 1,600 sq.ft. with Claire’s Boutiques at Sherman Town Center located at the intersection of U.S. 75 and Loy Lake Road in Sherman and five years for 1,960 sq.ft. with Sagewood Eyecare at Blackhawk Town Center located at the intersection of Highway 646 and Interstate 45 in League City.
