Rockwood Realty Associates, LLC (212-286-5800) has been retained by Circuit City Stores, Inc. on an exclusive basis for the disposition of space at seven former store locations throughout the Midwest and south central U.S. The stores include locations in Northbrook, Niles and Lincoln Park, IL; Indianapolis and Kokomo, IN; Muskegan, MI and Fort Smith, AR. The former Circuit City stores range in size from approximately 15,000 sq.ft. to 48,000 sq.ft.
