Poag & McEwen Lifestyle Centers, LLC and Stanbery Development, LLC entered into a joint venture agreement to develop The Shops at Saucon Valley, a lifestyle center located at the intersection of Interstate 78 and Highway 309 in Lehigh Valley, PA. The 600,000 sq.ft. center will be located in Upper Saucon Township and will be part of a 1,700-acre, mixed-use development called the Stabler Center. When fully developed, the Stabler Center will have two hotels, a business school, a golf course, several hundred high-end residential sites and up to five million sq.ft. of office space.
