(301-657-2525) signed the following leases at Terrapin Station, a center located on Baltimore Avenue in College Park, MD: 1,468 sq.ft. for five years with Pita Pit; 1,536 sq.ft. for five years with T-Mobile; 1,900 sq.ft. for 10 years with Moe’s Southwest Grill; 1,529 sq.ft. for 10 years with Quizno’s Subs; 1,033 sq.ft. for three years with Insomnia Cookies and 976 sq.ft. for 10 years with Roly Poly.
