Phase I of the center is anchored by Galyan’s, Old Navy, DSW Shoes and Borders. The lifestyle shops are over 95% leased with tenants such as Pottery Barn, Talbots, Jos. A. The company also signed leases with Anna’s Linens at the following three locations in Chicago, IL: 5,000 sq.ft. on Addison Street; 11,000 sq.ft. at Canterbury Shopping Center located at the intersection of 159th and Kedzie in Markham and 7,382 sq.ft. at The Brickyard Shopping Center located at the intersection of Diversey and Narragansett.
