Global Business Alliance, Inc. (407-383-7182) signed the following leases throughout FL: 10 years for 1,000 sq.ft. with Bamboo Wok at the Shoppes at Baytree Shopping Center located in Melbourne; five years for 1,200 sq.ft. with China Star at the Wal*Mart-anchored Bolton Park in Orange Park; and 10 years for 1,135 sq.ft. with China Wok at the Wal*Mart Supercenter-anchored Rinehart Plaza in Stanford.

(561-893-6234) signed the following leases throughout FL: 7,967 sq.ft. with Wachovia Bank at Palm Beach Mall located on Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard in West Palm Beach and 5,856 sq.ft. with Pet Supermarket at Plantation Shopping Center located on West Sunrise Boulevard in Plantation.
NAI Olympia Partners (317-264-9400) signed a lease for 5,600 sq.ft. with Furniture Expressions at Lafayette Shoppes, a center located on West 38th Street in Indianapolis, IN.
KMA Investment Properties, LLC (561-998-7100) signed a lease for 5,000 sq.ft. with Jay’s Fine Jewelry on St. Lucie West Boulevard in Port St. Lucie, FL.
Jeffery Realty (908-668-9600) signed a lease with Ruby Tuesday on Route 66 in Neptune, NJ. The site is anchored by Wal*Mart. The company also signed leases with Ruby Tuesday in Plainsboro, Bridgewater, Old Bridge, Union, Wayne and Mansfield, NJ.
Casto Lifestyle Properties (941-552-2700) signed the following leases for Main Street at Lakewood Ranch, a 170,000 sq.ft. mixed-use, lifestyle center located in the heart of the Lakewood Ranch Community in Sarasota/Bradenton, FL: 16,508 sq.ft. with Morton’s Gourmet Market; 7,000 sq.ft. with Fred’s Restaurant and 2,800 sq.ft. with Chico’s. Opening of the center is slated for the middle of this year.
