NAI Houston (713-629-0500) signed a lease for 75,000 sq.ft. with Restaurant Depot on West 20th in Houston, TX. The space was formerly occupied by Kmart.

 

Mid-America Asset Management, Inc. (630-954-7300) signed a lease for 2,000 sq.ft. with Oxford Learning at Regency Plaza, a 138,323 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Quentin Road and Euclid Avenue in Palatine, IL. The company also signed the following leases throughout IL: 4,043 sq.ft. with Eggsperience Breakfast & Lunch Kitchen at Bannockburn Green, a 176,216 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Waukegan Road and Half Day Road in Bannockburn; 3,520 sq.ft. with Washington Mutual at the intersection of Lake Cook and Waukegan Roads in Deerfield; 7,000 sq.ft. with Fitness 19 at Mapleview Shopping Center, a 94,552 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Route 120 and Atkinson Road in Grayslake; 8,923 sq.ft. with Fitness 19 at North Lake Commons, a 128,946 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Rand Road and Main Street in Lake Zurich; 1,560 sq.ft. with Curves; 2,087 sq.ft. with Nails 2001 and 1,200 sq.ft. with All Cleaners at Long Grove Commons, a 19-acre development located at the intersection of Route 22 and Old McHenry Road in Long Grove.

 

Coreland Cos. (714-573-7780) signed the following leases at Crenshaw and Imperial Shopping Center, a 160,281 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Crenshaw and Imperial Highway in Inglewood, CA: 25 years for 40,000 sq.ft. with Superior Super Warehouse and five years for 10,800 sq.ft. with Giant Dollar.

 

The Ross Realty Group, Inc. (727-725-2800) signed a lease for 2,336 sq.ft. with Cingular Wireless at Largo Bazaar, a center located on Ulmerton Road in Largo, FL. The company also signed a lease for 1,802 sq.ft. with Surfside on South Missouri Avenue in Largo, FL.

The company also renewed a lease for 2,400 sq.ft. with Super Cuts and a five-year lease for 1,283 sq.ft. with Nextel at Sportmart Plaza, a 120,083 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Dempster and Harlem Avenues in Niles, IL.

 

Commercial Retail Advisors (520-290-3200) signed a lease for 1,400 sq.ft. with McBride’s Framing Gallery at Oracle Plaza Shopping Center located on North Oracle Road in Tucson, AZ.

The Retail Connection, L.P. (972-250-1543) signed a lease with CVS at the intersection of Highway 377 and Hill Boulevard in Granbury, TX.
