The company also is representing Vitamin Shoppe’s new juice bar concept. The format will initially be rolled out in some of the company’s larger NJ stores. The Vitamin Shoppe currently operates over 250 locations throughout 24 states.

 

Metro Commercial Real Estate (847-412-9898) is exclusively representing Jimmy John’s in its expansion throughout the Chicago, IL area. The sub shop recently signed a lease for 1,488 sq.ft. at Darien Marketplace in Darien, IL and a lease for 1,327 sq.ft. at Dundee Point Shopping Center in Palatine, IL.
