The women’s, junior and misses apparel stores occupy spaces of 10,000 sq.ft. to 15,000 sq.ft. in strip centers. Plans call for 12 openings throughout AZ and TX during the coming 18 months. Typical leases run three to five years with options. Specific improvements are required. Preferred demographics include a population of 100,000 within three miles earning $40,000 as the average household income.
