Lease Signings


Sansone Group (314-727-6664) signed the following leases: 2,900 sq.ft. with Port Salon & Day Spa at Dierbergs Fenton Crossing, a center located on Old Smizer Mill Road in Fenton, MO; 8,000 sq.ft. with Dress Barn at La Frontera Village, a center located on Parker Road in Round Rock, TX; 52,800 sq.ft. with Dickey Bub Farm & Home at Hilltop Village Shopping Center located on in Eureka, MO; 12,000 sq.ft. with Old Navy and 28,000 sq.ft. with T.J. Maxx at Prairie Crossing Shopping Center located on Broadway in Quincy, IL.

 

Commercial Retail Advisors, LLC (520-290-3200) signed a lease for 15,000 sq.ft. with Petco at Old Spanish Trail Marketplace Shopping Center, a 150,000 sq.ft. center currently under construction at the intersection of East 22nd Street and South Harrison Road in Tucson, AZ. The company also signed a lease for 1,436 sq.ft. with Baskin Robbins at Campbell Plaza Shopping Center located at the intersection of Campbell Avenue and Glenn Road in Tucson, AZ. The company also signed a lease for 800 sq.ft. with City Wide Insurance at Oracle Village Shopping Center on North Oracle Road in Tucson, AZ.

 

Branded Concept Development (212-260-5210) signed a 10-year lease for 1,700 sq.ft. with Buttercup Bake Shop at 141 West 72nd Street in New York, NY. This is Buttercup Bake Shop’s first franchised location and second store in the New York, NY metro area. The NY-based bakery concept features old fashioned American desserts. Current expansion plans include eight stores throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, Staten Island and Westchester County by the end of the year.

 

Neal Realty & Investments, Inc. (954-568-0530) signed the following leases throughout FL: 10 years for 6,720 sq.ft. with Edwin Watts Golf at Doral Court Plaza located at the intersection of NW 87th Avenue and NW 36th Street in Miami; three years for 2,400 sq.ft. with Strax Rejuvenation & Aesthetics at Executive Courts at Inverrary, an 88,000 sq.ft. center located on North University Drive in Lauderhill; 20 years with Taco Bell of America at North Lauderdale Wal*Mart Center located at the intersection of Rock Island Road and McNab Road in North Lauderdale; and seven years for 2,094 sq.ft. with Vicky Bakery at Stirling Palm Plaza located at the intersection of Stirling Road and Palm Avenue in Cooper City.

 

Mid-America Asset Management, Inc. (630-954-7300) signed the following leases throughout IL: 1,467 sq.ft. with GNC; 1,262 sq.ft. with SportClips; 1,270 sq.ft. with U.S. Cellular and 1,982 sq.ft. with Starbucks at Kensington Center North, a 225,774 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Route 59 and 127th Street in Plainfield. The center is anchored by Wal*Mart. The company also signed the following leases at Plainfield Main Street located at the intersection of Routes 59 and 126 in Plainfield: 1,340 sq.ft. with Flowerama; 1,440 sq.ft. with American Bicycle and 3,528 sq.ft. with Athletic & Therapeutic Institute.
