Lease Signings Fameco Real Estate (610-834-8000) signed a lease for 8,420 sq.ft. with Famous Footwear at Whitehall Mall, a 596,220 sq.ft. mall located at the intersection of McArthur Road and Main Street in Whitehall, PA. The center is anchored by Borders Books, Kohl’s and Sears.
TKO Real Estate Advisory Group (609-587-6200) signed a lease for 2,000 sq.ft. with Five Guys Famous Burgers and Fries at the Burlington Coat Shopping Center located on Baltimore Pike in Clifton Heights, PA.
Rose Associates, Inc. (212-210-6666) signed a 15-year lease for 23,593 sq.ft. with Tutor Time at The Capitol at Chelsea, a center located on the Avenue of the Americas, between 23rd and 29th Streets, in New York, NY. Tutor Time leased the entire second floor and 1,000 sq.ft. on the ground floor for a private entrance and elevator. Opening is slated for this Fall. Retail tenants at the building include Valley National Bank, Starbucks, Lenscrafters Optique, Antique Café and Pet Central.
Berger-Epstein Associates, Inc. (610-437-7070) signed a lease with Robbins Diamonds at the Hamilton Center located in Allentown, PA. Opening is slated for Spring 2006.
Royal Properties, Inc. (914-237-3403) signed a lease for 10,765 sq.ft. with Verizon Wireless at Dalewood 1 Shopping Center located on Central Avenue in Hartsdale, NY. Verizon Wireless will be moving from a smaller location across the street to this new location, which was formerly occupied by Coconuts. Cotenants include Pathmark, Wachovia Bank, T.J. Maxx, Bed Bath & Beyond, McDonald’s, Rite Aid and Turco’s. The company also signed the following leases at Shop Rite Plaza in Stamford, CT: 10 years for 3,800 sq.ft. with Angel Tips Nail Spa; 10 years for 1,900 sq.ft. with Cingular Wireless; 10 years for 1,400 sq.ft. with Carvel/Cinnabon; 10 years for 3,000 sq.ft. with Great Play, a children’s gym; 10 years with two five-year options for 4,000 sq.ft. with Route 22 American Restaurant and Bar and 10 years for 2,100 sq.ft. with Laser Works, a skin care center. Other retailers that have already signed leases at the center include: Windowrama, Blockbuster Video, Subway, Palm Beach Tans, Cappy’s Wine & Liquors and First County Bank.
H&R Retail (703-356-8230) signed the following leases with LA Fitness: 45,000 sq.ft. at Dulles Town Center Mall in Sterling, VA and 48,442 sq.ft. on Cameron Street in Silver Spring, MD. LA Fitness currently owns and operates 135 sports clubs throughout AZ, CA, CT, FL, GA, NJ, NY, TX and WA.
Sansone Group (314-727-6664) signed the following leases throughout MO: 4,458 sq.ft. with Rizzo’s South County Restaurant and 1,932 sq.ft. with Glamourama, Inc. at South Lakeview Plaza, a center located on Lemay Ferry Road in St. Louis; and 1,277 sq.ft. with The Natural Way at Dierbergs Fenton Crossing, a center located on Old Smizer Mill Road in Fenton.

(727-384-6000) signed the following leases: 2,000 sq.ft. with Cingular Express Plus and 3,000 sq.ft. with San Francisco Oven at Legacy Place, a center located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL; 4,400 sq.ft. with Carter’s Childrenswear and 2,500 sq.ft. with Caribou Coffee Company at Perimeter Place, a center located in Atlanta, GA; 4,800 sq.ft. with Dots at Target at Kissimmee West, a center located in Kissimmee, FL and 2,450 sq.ft. with The Blitz at Shoppes of Citrus Park, a center located in Tampa, FL.
Prudential Douglas Elliman (800-355-4626) signed a lease with Sermoneta at the intersection of Madison Avenue and 58th Street in New York, NY. Sermoneta specializes in highly stylized gloves and, most notably, its use of bright primary colors in leather goods, which include handbags.
Commercial Retail Advisors (520-751-7465) signed the following leases throughout AZ: 1,500 sq.ft. with Ernie Reyes West Coast Martial Arts at Safeway Plaza on Golf Links, a center located at the intersection of Golf Links and Wilmot Roads in Tucson; and 1,200 sq.ft. with Saigon Nails at Shops at Costco Plaza, a 12,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Thornydale Road and Costco Drive in Marana. The company also signed a lease for 4,660 sq.ft. with Blockbuster Video at Golder Ranch Plaza, a center located at the intersection of Oracle Road and Golder Ranch Road in Catalina, AZ. The center is anchored by Basha’s.

(847-870-8585) signed the following leases with Empire Beauty Schools throughout IL: 9,800 sq.ft. at Arlington Plaza, a center located in Arlington Heights and 16,800 sq.ft. at Green Trails Shopping Center located in Lisle. The company also signed the following leases throughout IL: 1,300 sq.ft. with GQ Spa at Creekside Commons, a center located in Buffalo Grove; 5,100 sq.ft. with Dollar Busters Plus at Fretter Plaza, a center located in Bedford Park; 3,850 sq.ft. with Dollar World at Sibley Crossings located in Dolton; 4,324 sq.ft. with Gold’s Gym in Gurnee; and 3,627 sq.ft. with Sikorsky Chiropractic at Tyler Creek Annex in Elgin.

Metro Commercial Real Estate (610-246-2606) signed a lease for 3,683 sq.ft. with Camille’s Sidewalk Café, a fast casual restaurant, at Moorestown Mall, a 1,054,242 sq.ft. mall located at the intersection of Route 38 and Lenola Road in Moorestown, NJ. The center is anchored by Boscov’s and Lord & Taylor. The restaurant would be the company’s third location in NJ. The company also signed a lease for 3,125 sq.ft. with Eastern Dragon Karate at County Square Shopping Center, a 10,000 sq.ft. center located in Quakertown, PA. The center is anchored by Sears. The space was formerly occupied by JoAnn Fabrics. The company also finalized the relocation of Kensington Furniture from Cherry Hill, NJ to Designer’s Court in Marlton, NJ. The store will occupy a space of 28,000 sq.ft.
Newmark Retail (212-372-2395) signed a lease for 10,700 sq.ft. with Mothers Work on Madison Avenue in New York, NY. The flagship store will have a large fashion and accessory selection, and will also include an Edamame Maternity Spa. The retailer will be consolidating some of its Motherhood Maternity, A Pea in the Pod and Mimi Maternity brands from a number of Manhattan locations into the flagship Destination Maternity store, which will encompass a portion of the ground, lower and second floors.
Corridor Reznick, LLC (410-625-1500) signed a 10-year lease for 6,000 sq.ft. with AAMCO Transmissions on North Howard Street in Baltimore, MD.
Island Associates (631-982-2100) signed a lease for 1,250 sq.ft. with Subway at Brentwood Shopping Center located on Brentwood Road in Brentwood, NY.
Global Business Alliance , Inc. (407-383-7182) negotiated the following leases: 10 years, 1,360 sq.ft. with Central Nails & Spa at the Estero Commons in Estero and five years, 800 sq.ft. with Crystal Nails at the NorthBridge at Millenia in Orlando, FL. The company also represents clients seeking new locations: a 1,000 sq.ft. Chinese take-out restaurant and nail salon seeking spaces in supermarket anchored strip centers; a 1,500 sq.ft. to 2,000 sq.ft. Asian fast casual restaurant; 1,500 sq.ft. to 2,000 sq.ft. for a Japanese restaurant; 5,000 sq.ft. to 6,000 sq.ft. for a Japanese steakhouse; 7,000 sq.ft. to 8,000 sq.ft. for Pan-Asian fine dining and 8,000 sq.ft. of second-generation restaurant space for Asian/international buffets.
REP Commercial, Inc. (949-585-7682) signed a five-year lease for 2,213 sq.ft. with Thiery Vergnault, a French restaurant and Tappas bar, at Palisades Plaza, a 17,500 sq.ft. center located on Camino de Estrella in San Clemente, CA. The center is currently anchored by Kultured Kitchen, a bakery, chiropractor, skin care store and a mortgage company.
Katz & Associates Corp. (800-835-0939) signed two leases with A.C. Moore Arts & Crafts throughout FL. The first store will open at the Kohl’s Center located at the intersection of Atlantic and Kernan Boulevard in Jacksonville. The second lease is for the redevelopment of the Builders Square Building located on International Speedway Drive in Daytona. Opening is slated for Spring 2006. A.C. Moore has five other leases in process throughout FL.
