Lease Signings


Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (212-599-3700) signed a lease for 1,684 sq.ft. with PureBeauty, Inc. on M Street N.W. in Washington, DC. The store is located between Eton Court Northwest and Wisconsin Avenue and is directly across the street from The Shops at Georgetown Park. The company also signed a lease for 2,850 sq.ft. with Jean Louis David on the Avenue of the Americas in New York, NY. The hair and beauty salon renewed its lease on the ground floor of the building. Area retail includes Casual Corner, Ann Taylor, Easy Spirit, Gap and Nine West.

 

Cornerstone Commerce Center (609-601-8009) signed a lease for 2,000 sq.ft. with EuroColor at The Shoppes at Cornerstone, a 230,000 sq.ft. mixed-use center located on New Road in Northfield, NJ. The salon will specialize in coloring, haircutting and styling, as well as a variety of chemical processes. In addition to those services, the salons also will offer spa services, including facials, manicures, pedicures and massage. Cotenants include The Bake Works, Perkfection Coffee House, Andrew Geller Shoes and Mainland Fitness.

 

Crosland (704-561-5222) signed a lease for 10,527 sq.ft. with Talbots at The Shops at Greenridge, a 600,000 sq.ft. center located in Greenville, SC. Cotenants include Lowe’s Home Improvement, Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse, Barnes & Noble, OfficeMax, PetsMart, Ross Stores, Total Wine & More, Panera Bread, Brixx Wood-Fired Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery and Yankee Candle.

 

JBG Rosenfeld Retail (301-657-0700) signed a lease for 11,500 sq.ft. with Rite Aid at Crystal Plaza, a 155,000 sq.ft. center located on Laurel-Bowie Road at the Baltimore/Washington Parkway Interchange in Laurel, MD. The drug store will feature a drive-thru pharmacy. Cotenants include Food Lion, Goodwill Industries, World Gym, Rent-A-Center and Subway.

 

Robertson Properties Group (310-396-2400) signed a lease for 20,000 sq.ft. with Career Education Corporation, a culinary institute offering a certificate program in the culinary arts, at The Dome Entertainment Center, a 225,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Sunset and Vine in Los Angeles, CA. The center is anchored by ArcLight Cinemas. The multi-level development includes a 50,000 sq.ft. 24-Hour Fitness health club; Body Factory, a boutique retailer offering high-end fitness apparel and related health products and Hollywood Tanning Systems.

 

H&R Retail (703-356-8230) signed the following leases with PetsMart: 23,040 sq.ft. at the Crossroads Square Shopping Center located on Baltimore Boulevard in Westminster, MD and 19,107 sq.ft. at Virginia Gateway at the intersection of Route 29 and Interstate 66 in Gainesville, VA.

 

Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield (757-499-0583) signed a lease for 6,000 sq.ft. with WaWa Food Market at the intersection of Hampton Boulevard and Glendale Avenue in Norfolk, VA. Opening is slated for early next year.

 

CB Richard Ellis, Inc. (909-418-2000) signed the following leases throughout CA: 10,807 sq.ft. with Pier 1 Imports at Town Center Square, a center located at the intersection of Foothill and Spruce in Rancho Cucamonga. The center is anchored by Best Buy, Barnes & Noble, Stein Mart, OfficeMax and PetsMart; 3,281 sq.ft. with Citiwear, 6,229 sq.ft. with Automobile Club of Southern CA and 5,500 sq.ft. with DVD Planet at Terra Vista Town Center located a the intersection of Foothill and Haven in Rancho Cucamonga. Anchors include Target, Mervyn’s, Ross, Michael’s, Ultra Star Cinema, HomeGoods and Bally’s Total Fitness.

 

Neal Realty & Investments, Inc. (954-568-0530) signed the following leases throughout FL: five years for 12,000 sq.ft. with Edwin Watts Golf at PetsMart Plaza, a center located at the intersection of Flamingo Road and Sunrise Boulevard in Plantation; five years for 8,033 sq.ft. with Dollar General at Walgreens @ Wilton Manors Plaza, a center located at the intersection of Andrews Avenue and 29th Street in Wilton Manors; and three years for 850 sq.ft. with Exotic Granite Counter Tops at Pineapple Plaza, a center located on Oakland Park Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale.

 

Noddle Cos. (800-365-1616) signed the following leases: 8,450 sq.ft. with HyVee Wine & Spirits at Plaza West located in Mason City, IA; 2,800 sq.ft. with Off the Rack at Alliance Plaza in Alliance, NE; 1,366 sq.ft. with Cash Advance at Dublin Village in Colorado Springs, CO; 1,600 sq.ft. with Caribou Coffee, 3,064 sq.ft. with Qdoba and 1,904 sq.ft. with Quizno’s at Aksarben Village in Omaha, NE.

 

Global Business Alliance (407-383-7182) signed the following leases throughout FL: five years for 1,600 sq.ft. with Elegant Nail & Spa at Timber Springs Shopping Center, a Wal*Mart Neighborhood-anchored center in Orlando; 10 years for 5,320 sq.ft. with New Century Buffet at the Oaks Mall Plaza Shopping Center in Gainesville.
