Real Estate Professionals Making The News O’Neill Properties Group (610-337-5598) hired James Savard as vice president of acquisitions and transactions. Savard was formerly senior vice president of tenant representation at Jones Lang LaSalle’s Philadelphia, PA office. Before Jones Lang LaSalle, Savard served as regional vice president of The Galbreath Co. in Philadelphia, and a practicing attorney for several PA-based law firms.
CB Richard Ellis, Inc. (602-735-5555) promoted Jerome E. Mason to vice president of the company’s Phoenix, AZ office. Mason is director of energy services for CBRE’s corporate services group and most recently was instrumental in the disposition of a portfolio of 22 gas stations in Maricopa County, AZ on behalf of Shell Oil Products U.S. His primary focus in providing real estate solutions to corporations in the energy and chemical industries.
Ross Realty Group, Inc. (727-725-2800) hired Patty Malia as a leasing associate and property manager. Malia brings over 17 years experience in managing and leasing of commercial and industrial property, with companies such as Insignia/ESG and Rubin Real Estate.
NAI Olympia Partners (317-264-9400) hired Amanda Rumler as an associate with the investment properties division. Rumler comes to NAI Olympia with over five years of experience in commercial real estate. She has worked in marketing, investment property sales, operations, investor relations and team development. The company also named Tracey Holtzman as vice president and principal. Holtzman has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience and has been with the company since 1996. Holtzman specializes in retail sales, leasing and investment sales and has been one of Olympia’s top-producing associates multiple times. Holtzman is an Indiana Committee Member for the ICSC.
Coldwell Banker Commercial (973-496-5197) promoted Fred Schmidt to senior vice president of business development. Schmidt previously held the role of vice president of business development. In his new role, Schmidt will oversee the delivery of commercial real estate services for more than 450 Coldwell Banker Commercial affiliate offices and their sales associates. In addition, he will continue to find business development opportunities for the company.

She also has a real estate license and recent experience through Coldwell Banker as a sales associate.

He previously worked for the city of Jacksonville, FL and the city of Palm Coast, FL managing community development, redevelopment and code enforcement.
