Lease Signings The Ross Realty Group, Inc. (727-725-2800) signed the following leases throughout FL: 2,598 sq.ft. with Blue Haven Pools at Shady Oaks Plaza located on North Florida Avenue in Tampa and 5,200 sq.ft. with Sonny’s Tire at Bloomingdale Towne Centre on Bloomingdale Avenue in Riverview.
Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (212-599-3700) signed a lease for 1,300 sq.ft. with BriteSmile, Inc. on Madison Avenue in New York, NY. BriteSmile has two other locations in NY, with one on 57th Street and another in SoHo on Prince Street. The company also signed a lease for 2,500 sq.ft. with Blockbuster Video on First Avenue in New York, NY. The company also signed a lease for 1,400 sq.ft. with Aerosoles on Seventh Avenue in the Park Slope section of Brooklyn, NY and a lease for 9,000 sq.ft. with Quicksilver on Broadway in New York, NY.
Staubach Retail (972-361-5422) signed a lease for 186,000 sq.ft. with Wal*Mart Stores, Inc. at Shoppes on Main, a 280,000 sq.ft. center located on Main Street in White Plains, NY. The proposed Wal*Mart store will be located on two levels and will be one of the first Wal*Mart stores in the nation to feature multiple levels and deck parking.
GVA Williams of Connecticut (203-324-0800) signed a 15-year lease for 18,000 sq.ft. with Modell’s Sporting Goods at Marketplace at Hampden in Hampden, CT. Modell’s currently operates 115 stores throughout CT, DE, MA, MD, NH, NJ, NY, PA and VA.
Colliers ABR, Inc. (212-758-0800) signed a 20-year lease for 18,500 sq.ft. with Daffy’s on Broadway in New York, NY. The space was formerly occupied by a bank branch office. The 37-story office tower location is 342,000 sq.ft.
Charter Realty & Development Corp. (203-629-3939) signed a lease for 8,664 sq.ft. with Famous Footwear at Townline Square in Meriden, CT, as well as a 7,000 sq.ft. lease with Famous Footwear at the New London Shopping Center in New London, CT.
Stirling Properties (985-898-2022) signed the following leases throughout LA: 7,250 sq.ft. with The Fisher Gap Stores at Premier Centre II on U.S. Highway 190 in Mandeville and 5,100 sq.ft. with Lane Bryant at Stirling Covington Shopping Center in Covington.
