Lease Signings


The Grossman Cos. (617-472-2000) signed the following leases at Quincy Granite Place, a 61,400 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Granite Street and Burgin Parkway in Quincy, MA: 10,700 sq.ft. with iParty and 4,200 sq.ft. with Boston Market. The center is anchored by T.J. Maxx and is tenanted by Dress Barn, Olympia Sports, Papa Gino’s and Dunkin’ Donuts.

 

Garrick-Aug Associates Sales Leasing, Inc. (212-557-9090) signed the following leases on Avenue U in Brooklyn, NY: 180,000 sq.ft. with Lowe’s Home Improvement, 16,000 sq.ft. with Modell’s Sporting Goods and 3,500 sq.ft. with Baker’s Shoes.

 

Goodman Real Estate Services Group, LLC (216-381-8200) signed leases with Camille’s Sidewalk Café at Shops at Westar on Polaris Parkway in Westerville, OH and Festival Square Shopping Center in Columbus, OH.

 

Michael A. Pollack Real Estate Investments (480-888-0888) signed a three-year lease for 3,334 sq.ft. with Affordable Stool & Dinette at Pollack Warner Plaza, a center located at the intersection of Alma School and Warner Roads in Chandler, AZ.

 

The Staubach Co. (800-944-0012) signed a lease for 186,000 sq.ft. with Wal*Mart in New York, NY. The store will be situated on two levels and will be one of the first Wal*Mart stores in the nation to feature multiple levels and deck parking.

 

Michael Salove Co. (610-664-8100) signed a 10-year lease for 42,000 sq.ft. with Lucky Strike Bowling Alley on Chestnut Street in Philadelphia, PA. The 24-lane bowling alley will occupy two levels. The company also signed a lease for 35,350 sq.ft. with Jo-Ann Stores at The Court of Oxford Valley located on Oxford Valley Road in Langhorne, PA.

 

Poag & McEwen Lifestyle Centers, LLC (901-761-7604) and Stanbery Development, LLC (901-761-7604) signed a lease for 83,500 sq.ft. with Rave Motion Pictures to anchor The Shops at Saucon Valley, a center located at the intersection of Interstate 78 and Highway 309 in Upper Saucon Township, PA. The theater will include 18 screens and 4,250 seats. The Shops at Saucon Valley is part of the 1,700-acre mixed-use Stabler Center development.

 

JBG Rosenfeld Retail (301-657-0700) signed a lease for 30,000 sq.ft. with Gold’s Gym on Randolph Road in Rockville, MD. The space was formerly occupied by Sears HomeLife at the Montrose Shopping Center.

 

The Woodmont Co. (817-732-4000) signed a lease for 15,000 sq.ft. with Dollar Tree at the Caprock Shopping Center located at the intersection of 50th Street and Boston in Lubbock, TX. Cotenants include Lowe’s Home Improvement, Furr’s Cafeteria and Blockbuster Video.

 

Mid-America Asset Management, Inc. (630-954-7300) signed the following leases throughout Cook County in Chicago, IL: 1,159 sq.ft. with Luxury Nails; 1,776 sq.ft. with The Diamond Center; 2,500 sq.ft. with New Line Sports and 3,000 sq.ft. with GameStop at The Brickyard, a 551,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Diversey and Narragansett; 1,330 sq.ft. with LA Weight Loss; 5,421 sq.ft. with Anna’s Linens and 2,152 sq.ft. with Accelerated Rehab at Chatham Village Square, a 249,913 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of 87th Street and Cottage Grove Avenue. The center is cotenanted by Target, Aronson Furniture and Walgreens; 1,160 sq.ft. with H&R Block at Gateway Centre located at the intersection of Clark Street and West Howard. The center is tenanted by Dominick’s Finer Foods, Marshalls and Bally Total Fitness; 2,764 sq.ft. with Chipotle Mexican Grill on the ground level of the 29-story West Loop office building located on West Monroe; 1,320 sq.ft. with Papa Murphy’s Take ‘n’ Bake Pizza at The Shops of Heatherfield in Glenview, IL. The center is anchored by Jewel/Osco, Panera Bread and Blockbuster Video; 3,471 sq.ft. with Zales Jewelers at LaGrange Crossing, a 67,696 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Ogden Avenue and LaGrange Road in LaGrange, IL. The center is anchored by Borders Books, Walgreens, Trader Joe’s and Pier 1 Imports; and 1,247 sq.ft. with T&H Nail Pro at Garden Market, a center located at the intersection of 47th Street and Willow Springs Road in Western Springs, IL.

 

CB Richard Ellis, Inc. (310-516-2399) signed a 10-year lease for 1,000 sq.ft. with Quiznos Sub and a 10-year lease with Panda Express at Newbury Park Plaza, a center located at the intersection of Teller Road and Hillcrest Drive in Thousand Oaks, CA. The company also signed a five-year lease for 2,220 sq.ft. with PREP Kitchen Essentials at Long Beach Marketplace, a center located at the intersection of the Pacific Coast Highway and 2nd Street in Cerritos, CA. The company also signed a 10-year lease for 5,950 sq.ft. with Countrywide Home Loans at Lakewood Square, a center located on Hardwick Street in Lakewood, CA.  The company also signed a five-year lease for 3,705 sq.ft. with Don Chente Restaurants at Paddison Square, a center located at the intersection of Imperial Highway and Norwalk Boulevard in Norwalk, CA.
