Real Estate Professionals Making The News Strathmore Development Co. (517-336-4400) hired Terrance A. Benton as director of real estate. Benton joined Strathmore as a principal and director of real estate. Benton will be primarily responsible for new project origination, management oversight of stabilized projects and various issues relating to projects in progress. Benton formerly worked for Meijer, Inc., where he was responsible for operations, supply chain and logistics management and merchandising management. During his tenure at Meijer, Benton focused on new store site selection, outlot sales and development of in-store tenant leasing.
O’Neill Properties Group (610-337-5598) hired James Savard as vice president of acquisitions and transactions. Savard was formerly senior vice president of tenant representation at Jones Lang LaSalle Philadelphia, PA’s office. Before Jones Lang LaSalle, Savard served as regional vice president of The Galbreath Co. in Philadelphia, and a practicing attorney for several PA-based law firms. |
