Trademark Property Co. is planning to develop two town centers in Lewisville and Allen, TX. Market Street – Lewisville will be a 50-acre, 665,000 sq.ft. mixed-use town center along the Interstate 35E corridor. Plans include 425,000 sq.ft. of retail, 30,000 sq.ft. of Class A office space and 200 residential units above the retail. Opening is slated for 2007. Market Street – Montgomery Farm in Allen will comprise 600,000 sq.ft. of mixed-use space on a land area of 50 acres. Phase I includes 350,000 sq.ft. of retail, 50,000 sq.ft. of Class A office space and 200 multi-family residential units. Opening is slated for 2007. The center is located at the intersection of U.S. 75 and Bethany Drive.

The development will take an existing center from 500,000 sq.ft. to 1.2 million sq.ft. with the addition of a new town center opening next year; The Greene, an 800,000 sq.ft. center located in Dayton, OH.
