Rouzie has been with the company since 1998, when he joined the firm’s Virginia Beach, VA office as a business development manager. He later became a retail sales and leasing specialist and was promoted to managing broker of Thalhimer’s Newport News, VA office in 2001. Rouzie specializes in retail landlord and tenant representation in Hampton Roads. The company also promoted Connie Jordan Bradford to first vice president. Bradford has over 15 years experience in commercial real estate and has been with the company since 2000. She is a retail specialist in the Richmond, VA office.
Inland Real Estate Investment Corp. (630-218-8000) hired George A. Pandaleon as senior vice president and managing director of institutional investments. As managing director of institutional investments, Pandaleon’s responsibilities include developing and managing strategic institutional joint ventures for Inland-sponsored real estate investment trusts. He will also work with other Inland companies that acquire income-producing properties, develop land and originate high-leverage commercial mortgages. Prior to joining Inland, Pandaleon was executive managing director of the Institutional Investment Group at Grubb & Ellis. Before that, he was a partner with CMD Realty Investors, where he was responsible for portfolio and asset management. |
