Stiles Realty Co. (954-627-9377) signed a lease for 8,203 sq.ft. with Software FX, Inc. at Sabre Center, a 98,920 sq.ft. center located on Broken Sound Parkway within Arvida Park of Commerce in Boca Raton, FL.

 

Staubach Retail (972-361-5422) signed a lease for 5,500 sq.ft. with West Marine at Oceanside Town & Country, a center located at the intersection of Interstate 5 and Oceanside Boulevard in Oceanside, CA.

 

Poag & McEwen Lifestyle Centers (901-761-7604) signed a lease with Bass Pro Shops at The Promenade at Shadow Creek, an 800,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Beltway 8 and 288 in Pearland, TX. The store is slated for open during Fall 2007.

 

Goodman Real Estate Services Group, LLC (216-381-8200) signed a lease with Portrait Innovations at French Creek Square in Avon, OH and at Kruse Commons in Solon, OH.

 

Coreland Cos. (714-573-7780) signed a lease with Quiznos Sub at Pacific Center, a 411,000 sq.ft. center located in Los Angeles, CA.

 

Charter Realty & Development Corp. (203-227-2922) signed a lease for 138,000 sq.ft. with Lowe’s Home Improvement at Crossroads Plaza, a center located at the intersection of Foster Road and Waterford Parkway North in Waterford, CT. The space was formerly occupied by Ames.

 

Commercial Retail Advisors, LLC (520-290-3200) signed a lease for 1,436 sq.ft. with Baskin Robbins at Campbell Plaza Shopping Center located at the intersection of Campbell Avenue and Glenn Road in Tucson, AZ. The company also signed a lease for 800 sq.ft. with City Wide Insurance at Oracle Village Shopping Center on North Oracle Road in Tucson, AZ.
