Lease Signings


Azarian Management & Development Co. (201-444-7111) signed a lease for 65,000 sq.ft. with Stop & Shop at Hyde Park Mall located on Route 9 in Hyde Park, NY. The 130,000 sq.ft. mall is tenanted by Liquorama, Male Ego, Beauty School, Radio Shack and Hudson City Federal Credit Union.

 

Coldwell Banker Commercial World Group (402-697-8899) signed leases with the following tenants at Spring Ridge Plaza Shopping Center located at the intersection of 180th and Pacific Streets in Omaha, NE: Anytime Fitness, Music Plex, Gelato Jo’s and Spring Ridge Chiropractic and Acupuncture. Cotenants include Pizza Hut, The Grillhouse, M. Constantino Salon, Jet Mobile and Barista’s Coffee.

 

Katz & Associates (800-835-0939) signed the following leases: 5,700 sq.ft. with Bombay Company at Page Field Commons in Fort Myers, FL; 18,300 sq.ft. with Cost Plus World Market and 15,000 sq.ft. with Petco at MarketPlace at Seminole Towne Center in Sanford, FL; 60,000 sq.ft. with Gordmans, 18,750 sq.ft. with Old Navy, 2,000 sq.ft. with T-Mobile and 4,000 sq.ft. with Justice at O’Fallon Walk in O’Fallon, MO; 1,840 sq.ft. with Jamba Juice and 2,000 sq.ft. with T-Mobile at Valley Walk in Aurora, IL; 4,500 sq.ft. with Jos. A. Bank at The Shoppes at Bellemead in Shreveport, LA; 2,000 sq.ft. with Leathertown at Lakewood Mall in Lakewood, CA; and 25,000 sq.ft. with Loehmann’s at Legacy Place in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The company also signed the following leases with Linens ‘N Things: 28,000 sq.ft. at O’Fallon Walk; 25,000 sq.ft. at Home Depot Center in Sudbury, Ontario; 25,000 sq.ft. at MarketPlace at Seminole Towne Center in Sanford and 25,000 sq.ft. at Beaver Creek Commons in Apex, NC.

 

Berger-Epstein Associates, Inc. (610-437-7070) signed the following leases throughout PA: 47,500 sq.ft. with Landis Supermarkets; 1,200 sq.ft. with Verizon; 1,200 sq.ft. with Keystone Copy and Ship and 2,000 sq.ft. with Slender Lady, a national woman’s fitness and nutritional consulting center at Perkasie Square, a center located in Perkasie, PA; and 3,150 sq.ft. with Schwartz Kitchens and Baths and 1,200 sq.ft. with FastFrame at Hamilton Center located at the intersection of Route 222 and Interstate 78/Route 309 in Allentown.

 

Ludwig & Seeley, Inc. Real Estate (248-750-1700) signed a lease for 1,400 sq.ft. with Maple Cleaners at the intersection of Maple and Bernstein in Commerce, MI. The company also signed a lease for 7,670 sq.ft. with Dollar General at Beck Village Plaza, a center located in Novi, MI.

 

The Retail Connection (972-250-1543) signed a lease for 6,000 sq.ft. with MasterTech Auto Care at Collin Creek Crossing Shopping Center located on West 15th Street in Plano, TX.

 

Metro Commercial Real Estate (847-412-9898) signed a lease for 1,650 sq.ft. with Starbucks at the intersection of Route 83 and North Avenue in Elmhurst, IL. The company also signed the following leases with Fortunoff: 28,200 sq.ft. at Plaza at Cherry Hill, located at the intersection of Route 38 and Mall Drive in Cherry Hill, NJ and 9,200 sq.ft. at Valley Forge Shopping Center located at the intersection of Route 202 and Town Center Road in Valley Forge, PA.

 

Neal Realty & Investments, Inc. (954-568-0530) signed the following leases throughout FL: five years for 7,711 sq.ft. with Edwin Watts Golf at The Quay, a 100,000 sq.ft. center located on 17th Street in Fort Lauderdale and 10 years for 850 sq.ft. with Monster Subs USA, Inc. at Pineapple Plaza located on Oakland Park Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale.

 

Kaplan Real Estate Co. (314-652-7000) signed the following leases: 4,000 sq.ft. with Souper Salad on South Highway Drive in Fenton, MO; 1,000 sq.ft. with All Star Photography at the Woodson Square Shopping Center on Woodson Road in Woodson Terrace, MO; and a ground lease with Panera Bread in Wentzville, MO.

 

Baum Realty Group, Inc. (312-751-5503) signed a lease with Jared The Galleria of Jewelry at Southlake Mall located at the intersection of U.S. 30 and Interstate 65 in Hobart, IN. The company also signed a lease for 9,800 sq.ft. with Scoop, a multi-brand fashion boutique, at 1702 North Milwaukee Avenue in Chicago, IL. Opening is slated for this fall.

 

Crosland (704-561-5222) signed leases with the following retailers at The Shops at Greenridge, a 600,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Interstate 85 and Woodruff Road in Greenville, SC: 7,091 sq.ft. with Ann Taylor Loft; 1,132 sq.ft. with Great Clips; 1,286 sq.ft. with HandPicked, a jewelry store, and 10,070 sq.ft. with ULTA.
