AVR Realty Co. is developing the following centers throughout NY: Patriot Plaza, an 80,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Route 32 and Union Avenue in New Windsor. The initial phase consists of a 15,000 sq.ft. multi-tenant building and is 85% preleased; and Stadium Plaza, a 90,000 sq.ft. center located on Route 9D in Fishkill. The first phase of the center consists of two multi-tenant buildings totaling 32,000 sq.ft. and is 85% preleased. The center is part of the Waterfront at Fishkill, a master-planned community of 1,400 single family homes, town homes and apartments.

Mid-America Development Partners is developing Washington Park Plaza, a 19.2-acre redevelopment located at the intersection of Halsted Street and Ridge Road in Homewood, IL. The center will include four freestanding buildings and will add 200,000 sq.ft. of retail space to the Village of Homewood. The company also is planning to develop Valley View Village, a mixed-use center located on the south side of John Deere Road, between 60th and 70th Streets, in Moline, IL. The center will be situated on a land area of 130 acres and will combine retail, dining, hotel, residential and recreational components.

Strathmore Development Co. is developing Broadway Village at Lower Town, a mixed-use development located in Ann Arbor, MI. The center will house a mix of commercial and residential space, including 145 apartments, medical offices, pubs and restaurants. It will also include a hotel, athletic club and a parking structure. Existing buildings on the site will be demolished to make way for the new development.
