Inland Mid-Atlantic Management Corp. (630-218-8000) hired Tammy Cox as director of marketing. In this role, Cox will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for nearly 300 retail properties including Birkdale Village in Huntersville, NC.

Weichert Commercial Brokerage, Inc. (973-898-8672) hired Seth Pollack as senior vice president. Pollack works out of the company’s headquarters in Morris Plains, NJ, where he specializes in the sale of retail and office properties throughout NJ. Prior to joining Weichert, Pollack was a vice president at Gebroe-Hammer Associates in Livingston, NJ.

Poag & McEwen Lifestyle Centers (901-761-7604) hired Robert J. Fargo as development manager. In this role, Fargo will be responsible will oversee development, organization, scheduling and implementation of the company’s lifestyle center developments. Prior to joining Poag & McEwen, Fargo was the director of construction for Armstrong Development in Pittsburgh, PA, where he handled permitting and construction on projects nationwide. Prior to that, Fargo served as a construction project manager for McDonald’s Restaurant.
