Lease Signings Michael Salove Co. Commercial Real Estate (610-664-8100) signed the following leases on Walnut Street in Philadelphia, PA: 2,400 sq.ft. with Cole Haan at the intersection of Walnut and 16th. Opening is slated for the summer; and 2,250 sq.ft. with Bubbles Salon at 1605 Walnut Street.
Colliers Seeley International (213-627-1214) signed a 13-year lease with Children’s Place for its Disney Store subsidiary at the historical Royal Laundry building located on Raymond Avenue in the Old Towne section of Pasadena, CA. The Royal Laundry building features authentic architecture like exposed brick walls, operable skylights and bow truss ceilings. The Children’s Place specializes in clothing and accessories for newborn to 10-year-old children. The company owns and operates 1,062 locations nationwide and in Canada.
Sax Realty, Inc. (240-497-1192) signed a lease with Bed Bath & Beyond at Germantown Commons Shopping Center located on Route 118, west of Interstate 270 in Germantown, MD. The center is currently tenanted by Giant Foods, Designer Shoe Warehouse, Office Depot and Petco.
Katz & Associates (800-835-0939) signed the following leases: 3,780 sq.ft. with Carter’s at Torrance Marketplace in Torrance, CA; 66,000 sq.ft. with Dick’s Sporting Goods at Metropolis in Plainfield, IN; 40,561 sq.ft. with Levitz Home Furnishings, Inc. at Grand Canyon Shopping Center in Las Vegas, NV; 1,600 sq.ft. with More Space Place at Valley Walk in Aurora, IL; 12,670 sq.ft. with Party City at Macomb Mall in Roseville, IN; and 14,000 sq.ft. with Petco at Edgewood Retail District in Atlanta, GA. The company also signed the following leases with Quizno’s Sub: 1,562 sq.ft. at Jeronimo Business Center in Mission Viejo, CA and 1,400 sq.ft. at The Village at Orange in Orange, CA.
Applied Development Co. (201-963-5200) signed the following leases at its Pier Village oceanfront redevelopment project in Long Branch, NJ. The total space involved in the three boutique leases is 8,000 sq.ft. The tenants that will divide the space include Aquamedica, a full-service day-spa; Space Interiors, a furniture store and Jonte Jewelers. Opening is slated for the spring.
Crosland (704-561-5222) signed the following leases at Shops at Greenridge, a 600,000 sq.ft. center the company is developing at the intersection of Interstate 85 and Woodruff Road in Greenville, SC: 55,000 sq.ft. with Marshalls HomeGoods and 29,100 sq.ft. with Linens ‘N Things.
CB Richard Ellis, Inc. (949-725-8500) signed a lease for 12,758 sq.ft. with Paws Pet Resort on Puerta Del Sol in San Clemente, CA.
