Lease Signings DeBartolo Holdings, LLC (813-676-0071) signed a lease for 1,500 sq.ft. with Quizno’s at a center located at the intersection of Coors and Montano in Albuquerque, NM. Opening is slated for the Spring. The center will comprise six buildings totaling 12,000 sq.ft.
Robert K. Futterman & Associates (212-599-3700) signed a lease for 1,800 sq.ft. with Operations on Broome Street in the SoHo section of New York, NY. The fashion apparel retailer signed the lease at a 72,000 sq.ft. co-op building. The store, located between Mercer Street and Broadway, is slated to open this month.
CB Richard Ellis, Inc. (212-984-8000) signed a lease for 4,600 sq.ft. with Burton Snowboards on Spring Street in New York, NY. The company also signed a lease for 12,758 sq.ft. with Paws Pet Resort on Puerta Del Sol in San Clemente, CA.
Baum Realty Group, Inc. (312-666-3000) signed a lease for 2,041 sq.ft. with Caribou Coffee on North LaSalle Street in Chicago, IL. The company currently operates 51 locations throughout the Chicago area. Overall, the company operates 306 stores throughout 12 states and Washington, DC.
The Woodmont Co. (817-732-4000) signed a lease for 15,000 sq.ft. with Dollar Tree on East Pioneer Parkway in Arlington, TX. The space was formerly occupied by Kmart. Dollar Tree currently operates over 2,400 stores in strip centers and malls throughout 47 states.
Atlas Partners Commercial Brokerage, LLC (312-516-5700) signed a lease for 655 sq.ft. with Eastern Lobby Shops on North Michigan in Chicago, IL.
Katz & Associates (800-835-0939) signed the following leases with Linens ‘N Things: 36,257 sq.ft. at Vaughn Mills in Vaughn, Ontario, Canada; 32,000 sq.ft. in Burlington, OH; 30,300 sq.ft. at Pacific Commons in Freemont, CA; 32,000 sq.ft. at Poyner Place in Raleigh, NC and 50,000 sq.ft. at Bay Plaza in Bronx, NY. The company also signed the following leases: 2,620 sq.ft. with Aspen Dental at Bed Bath & Beyond Plaza in Concord, NH; 1,400 sq.ft. with H&R Block at Bradford Plaza in Bradford, MA; 4,400 sq.ft. with Jos. A. Bank at The Avenues in Viera, FL and 2,340 sq.ft. with Mattress Expo at Shops at Mall of Georgia in Buford, GA.
