Monroe Center Development is developing Monroe Center, a 125,000 sq.ft. center located adjacent to the 9th Street and Congress Street light rail station in Hoboken, NJ. Territory, Inc. is developing Centennial Gateway, a 400,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 95 and Ann Road in Las Vegas, NV. The project is a joint venture with Olympia Development and is located adjacent to Centennial Center, a 900,000 sq.ft. center anchored by Wal*Mart, Sam’s Club and Home Depot. The first phase of the project has taken on a major furniture component with three national retailers, Lane Home Furnishings, Ashley Furniture and La-Z-Boy, securing over 75,000 sq.ft. of space. Additional committed tenants include In-N-Out Burger and Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. This phase of the project, scheduled to be completed by the Fall, will also include a 30,000 sq.ft., two-story office building to house Territory Inc.’s corporate offices and a four-story Holiday Inn Express.
