The company also re-signed a lease for 2,400 sq.ft. with Super Cuts and a five-year lease for 1,283 sq.ft. with Nextel at Sportmart Plaza, a 120,083 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Dempster and Harlem Avenues in Niles, IL.
Casto Lifestyle Properties (941-552-2700) signed the following leases for Main Street at Lakewood Ranch, a 170,000 sq.ft. mixed-use, lifestyle center located in the heart of the Lakewood Ranch Community in Sarasota/Bradenton, FL: 16,508 sq.ft. with Morton’s Gourmet Market; 7,000 sq.ft. with Fred’s Restaurant and 2,800 sq.ft. with Chico’s. Opening of the center is slated for the middle of this year.
