(402-496-1616) signed the following leases: 2,100 sq.ft. with Eileen’s Colossal Cookies at Shoppes at Aksarben in Omaha, NE; 1,400 sq.ft. with Roundabout Fitness at Harvey Oaks Plaza in Omaha, NE; 19,210 sq.ft. with Ace Hardware at Parkade Plaza in North Platte, NE; 11,650 sq.ft. with Dollar General and 1,400 sq.ft. with New Panda Restaurant at Riverside Square in Prairie du Chien, WI; 1,050 sq.ft. with Check Into Cash at Heritage Plaza in Spearfish, SD; 1,200 sq.ft. with The UPS Store at Village Square in Waverly, IA; 1,336 sq.ft. with Ace Cash and 1,424 sq.ft. with Inches Aweigh at Dublin Village in Colorado Springs, CO.

Courtelis Co. (305-261-4330) signed the following leases at Ethan Allen Plaza in Altamonte Springs, FL: 1,125 sq.ft. with Anne Penman Laser Therapy; 1,425 sq.ft. with Sunshine Florist and 1,425 sq.ft. with Ruscitti Fine Wines & Gifts.

 

Goodman Real Estate Services Group, LLC (216-381-8200) signed a lease with The Home Depot for a land area of 11 acres in Ashland, OH. The company also signed a lease for 55,103 sq.ft. with Gabriel Brothers in Sharonville, OH. This is the company’s 13th store located throughout OH. Gabriel Brothers also has locations in MD, PA, VA and WV.

 

The Rappaport Cos. (571-382-1200) signed a lease for 5,487 sq.ft. with Hollywood Video at Vienna Shopping Center located at the intersection of Maple Avenue and Courthouse Road in Vienna, VA. The center is cotenanted by 7-Eleven, Magruder’s and Hamilton’s Sofa Gallery.

 

TKO Real Estate Advisory Group (609-587-6200) brokered a lease for 100,000 sq.ft. with Burlington Coat Factory at Reading Fairground Mall, a 718,000 sq.ft. mall located at the intersection of Route 222 and George Street in Reading, PA. The space was formerly occupied by National Wholesale Liquidators. The center is anchored by Boscov’s and JCPenney.

 

Vita & Vita Realty Corp. (973-227-5233) signed leases with the following retailers at Broad Street Centre, a 50,000 sq.ft. center located in Murfreesboro, TN: Big Lots, Tuesday Morning and Dollar Tree. The company also signed leases with the following retailers at Short Hills Plaza, a center located on Rolling Ridge Drive in College Township, PA: Rite Aid, Miracle Ear, Kish Bank, Nail Square, Express Personnel and Raymond James. The center is anchored by Weis Supermarket.

The company also signed the following leases at Lakeside Town Shops, a 275,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Stirling Road and University Drive in Davie, FL: five years for 3,010 sq.ft. with Payless ShoeSource; 1,688 sq.ft. with Electronics Boutique of America; 1,500 sq.ft. with Quizno’s Subs; in addition to a 10-year lease for 5,625 sq.ft. with Crispers, LLC and 1,125 sq.ft. with Creative Hairdressers.

The stores specialize in premium candles and candle accessories. In addition, the company also is planning to open stores in both the Clear Lake and The Woodlands areas of TX. The company also signed a lease for 10,000 sq.ft. with Z Gallerie. Cotenants at Sugar Land include P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Bombay, Bombay Kids, Ann Taylor Loft, Ben & Jerry’s, Houstonian Lite, Jamba Juice, Japaneiro’s Sushi Bistro and Latin Grill, The Sharper Image, Elizabeth’s Boutique and Jos. A. Bank.

 

Fraga Properties (305-667-1976) signed a lease for 8,650 sq.ft. with Citi Trends, Inc. at Sabal Palm Plaza, a 276,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Virginia Avenue and U.S. 1 in Fort Pierce, FL. The center is anchored by Publix, Bank of America, Wendy’s, Washington Mutual and Staples. Cotenants include Radio Shack, Big Lots, Nova Cinetech, Blockbuster Video and Rainbow Apparel. The company also signed a lease for 3,500 sq.ft. with Wendy’s International, Inc. at the intersection of Combee Road and U.S. Highway 92 East in Lakeland, FL.
