Lease Signings


Casto Lifestyle Properties (248-258-2333) signed the following leases at Lakeside Village, a 500,000 sq.ft. mixed-use lifestyle center located in Lakeland, FL: 4,062 sq.ft. with Coldwater Creek; 3,053 sq.ft. with J. Jill and 2,962 sq.ft. with Chico’s.

 

Metro Commercial Real Estate (847-412-9898) signed a lease for 53,322 sq.ft. with L.A. Fitness at Sherman Plaza, a mixed-use center located in downtown Evanston, IL. Opening is slated for Summer 2006. The company also signed a lease for 1,470 sq.ft. with Jimmy John’s Gourmet Subs at Randall Points Plaza in South Elgin, IL. The company also signed a lease for 1,105 sq.ft. with BoRics Hair Care at the intersection of Route 41 and 93rd  Avenue in St. John, IN.

 

Fameco Real Estate (610-834-8000) signed a lease for 8,420 sq.ft. with Famous Footwear at Whitehall Mall, a 596,220 sq.ft. mall located at the intersection of McArthur Road and Main Street in Whitehall, PA. The center is anchored by Borders Books, Kohl’s and Sears.

 

The Sembler Co. (727-384-6000) signed the following leases: 2,000 sq.ft. with Cingular Express Plus and 3,000 sq.ft. with San Francisco Oven at Legacy Place, a center located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL; 4,400 sq.ft. with Carter’s Childrenswear and 2,500 sq.ft. with Caribou Coffee Company at Perimeter Place, a center located in Atlanta, GA; 4,800 sq.ft. with Dots at Target at Kissimmee West, a center located in Kissimmee, FL and 2,450 sq.ft. with The Blitz at Shoppes of Citrus Park, a center located in Tampa, FL.

 

NewQuest Properties (281-477-4300) signed the following leases throughout TX: 1,695 sq.ft. with Smoothie Factory at Cinco Village Shopping Center in Katy; 1,674 sq.ft. with Elizabeth Andrew, Inc. at West End Square Shopping Center in Houston; 1,600 sq.ft. with Max Care Pharmacy at The Market at Hunting Bayou located at the intersection of Interstate 10 and Federal Road in Houston; 1,520 sq.ft. with Little Caesars Pizza and H&R Block at Blackhawk Town Center located at the intersection of Beltway 8 and Blackhawk in Houston; 1,505 sq.ft. with MW Cleaners at Spring Town Center located at the intersection of FM 2920 and Kuykendahl in Spring; 1,500 sq.ft. with Marble Slab Creamery at Silverlake Shopping Center in Pearland; 1,500 sq.ft. with Smoothie Factory at Almeda Shopping Center located on Interstate 45 in Houston and 1,400 sq.ft. with Beauty Source at Saratoga Town Center at the intersection of Staples and Saratoga in Corpus Christi; 1,400 sq.ft. with First American Cash Advance at New Forest Crossing Shopping Center located at the intersection of Wallisville Road and Beltway 8 in Houston and 1,350 sq.ft. with Merle Norman Cosmetics at Eldridge Lakes Town Center located at the intersection of West Little York and Eldridge in Houston.

 

Signature Associates-Oncor International (248-948-9000) signed a lease for 6,500 sq.ft. with Buffalo Wild Wings on Michigan Avenue in Dearborn, MI. The tenant is slated to open during the first quarter of 2006.

 

The Lightstone Group (800-347-4078) signed the following leases at 25th  Street Plaza Shopping Center, a 131,477 sq.ft. center located in Easton, PA: 1,200 sq.ft. with JimmeZe Jewelers; 3,300 sq.ft. with a Chinese restaurant and 2,280 sq.ft. with Antonio’s Pizza and Deli.

 

Goodman Real Estate Services Group, LLC (216-381-8200) signed leases with Chipotle Mexican Grill at Chagrin Highlands in Warrensville Heights, OH and in Fairview Park, OH.

 

Noddle Cos. (800-365-1616) signed the following leases: 60,372 sq.ft. with Hobby Lobby at Plaza West in Mason City, IA; 28,332 sq.ft. with Mercantile Farm & Ranch at Heritage Plaza in Spearfish, SD; 3,150 sq.ft. with Tan World at Harvey Oaks Plaza in Omaha, NE; 2,800 sq.ft. with Arial at Maple 108 Shopping Center in Omaha, NE; 1,475 sq.ft. with Donut Professor at Shoppes at Aksarben in Omaha, NE and 1,362 sq.ft. with Ace Cash Express at Empire Park Shopping Center in Omaha, NE.

 

Excess Space Retail Services, Inc. (516-365-6400) completed the following transactions: Advance Auto subleased 7,000 sq.ft. to Flooring Essentials, LLC on Dolphin Street in Daphne, AL; Nash Finch leased 12,123 sq.ft. to Quizno’s on South Main Street in River Falls, WI; Jiffy Lube subleased 1,750 sq.ft. to Pro Quick Lube on West Northwest Highway in Dallas, TX; CSK Auto subleased 6,320 sq.ft. to Broadway Tire on O’Keefe Drive in Sun Prairie, WI; and Walgreens subleased 17,960 sq.ft. to Pet Supplies Plus on West Foster in Chicago, IL.

 

Courtelis Co. (305-261-4330) signed the following leases at Lakewood Shopping Center, a 338,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of 441 and West Atlantic Boulevard in Margate, FL: 30,187 sq.ft. with Ross; 5,500 sq.ft. with Rack Room Shoes; 6,000 sq.ft. with Applebee’s; 1,250 sq.ft. with Bee Drycleaners and 2,100 sq.ft. with Custom Mortgages and Real Estate. The center is currently anchored by a 150,000 sq.ft. Wal*Mart Supercenter and a 30,000 sq.ft. Marshalls Department Store.

 

Katz & Associates (800-835-0939) signed the following leases with Quizno’s Sub: 1,200 sq.ft. at The District at Tustin Legacy in Tustin, CA; 1,383 sq.ft. at Avery Center in Mission Viejo, CA and 1,854 sq.ft. at Plaza Del Obispo in San Juan Capistrano, CA. The company also signed the following leases with Party City: 12,000 sq.ft. at Central Texas Marketplace in Waco, TX and 15,000 sq.ft. at Lakepointe Crossing in Lewisville, TX. The company also signed a lease for 8,000 sq.ft. with Shoe Carnival at The Stadium Shops in Columbia, MO.
