Lease Signings The Festival Cos. (310-665-9600) signed a lease for 2,713 sq.ft. with Bvlgari at Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, a 293,000 sq.ft. center located on Kalakaua Avenue in Waikiki, HI.
Kowit & Passov Real Estate Group (216-514-5100) signed the following leases throughout OH: five years for 9,000 sq.ft. with Dollar Tree at Rini Plaza West, a center located on Center Ridge Road in North Ridgeville. Opening is slated for the first quarter of 2006; five years with Knowledge Points at Ridgewood Crossings, a center located at the intersection of Ridgewood Drive and Interstate 77 in Copley Township; five years for 3,184 sq.ft. with Buddy’s Carpet at The Shoppes of Grove City, a center located on Stringtown Road in Grove City. Cotenants include Serta Mattress, Cici’s Pizza, First Choice Hair, Hottie Body Tanning, Quizno’s and Verizon Wireless; five years for 3,200 sq.ft. with Brilliant Learning Centers, a center located at the intersection of Route 42 and Reagan Parkway in Medina. Cotenants include KFC, UPS Store, Verizon Wireless, Gepetto’s and Movie Gallery; five years for 2,100 sq.ft. with TNT Fitness Center, a center located at the intersection of Route 20 and Route 528 in Madison. Cotenants include Dollar Tree, TNT Tanning, Blockbuster Video and Famous Hair; and 20 years for 5,400 sq.ft. with AutoZone in Canal Fulton.
Royal Properties, Inc. (914-237-3403) signed a lease for 10,765 sq.ft. with Verizon Wireless at Dalewood 1 Shopping Center located on Central Avenue in Hartsdale, NY. Verizon Wireless will be moving from a smaller location across the street to this new location, which was formerly occupied by Coconuts. Cotenants include Pathmark, Wachovia Bank, T.J. Maxx, Bed Bath & Beyond, McDonald’s, Rite Aid and Turco’s. The company also signed the following leases at Shop Rite Plaza in Stamford, CT: 10 years for 3,800 sq.ft. with Angel Tips Nail Spa; 10 years for 1,900 sq.ft. with Cingular Wireless; 10 years for 1,400 sq.ft. with Carvel/Cinnabon; 10 years for 3,000 sq.ft. with Great Play, a children’s gym; 10 years with two five-year options for 4,000 sq.ft. with Route 22 American Restaurant and Bar and 10 years for 2,100 sq.ft. with Laser Works, a skin care center. Other retailers that have already signed leases at the center include: Windowrama, Blockbuster Video, Subway, Palm Beach Tans, Cappy’s Wine & Liquors and First County Bank.
Feldman Mall Properties, Inc. (516-684-1239) signed a lease for 6,700 sq.ft. with Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar at the Harrisburg Mall located at the intersection of Interstate 83 and Paxton Street in Harrisburg, PA.
Prudential Douglas Elliman (800-355-4626) signed a lease with Sermoneta at the intersection of Madison Avenue and 58th Street in New York, NY. Sermoneta specializes in highly stylized gloves and, most notably, its use of bright primary colors in leather goods, which include handbags.
Coreland Cos. (714-573-7780) signed the following leases: 10-years for 1,700 sq.ft. with Starbucks at Lone Hill Plaza, a 77,680 sq.ft. center located on East Route 66 in Glendora, CA. The center is tenanted by Stater Bros., Del Taco and Quizno’s; and five years for 2,400 sq.ft. with More Clothes For Less at Van Buren Plaza, a 93,956 sq.ft. center located on Van Buren in Riverside, CA. The company also signed a five year lease for Modern No. 1 Nail Salon at South Hills Shopping Center, a 121,440 sq.ft. center located on South Azusa Avenue in West Covina, CA.
H&R Retail (703-356-8230) signed the following leases throughout MD: 15,000 sq.ft. with Petco Animal Supplies and 8,000 sq.ft. with David’s Bridal at Crosspoint Shopping Center located on Cole Road in Hagerstown; 10,123 sq.ft. with Anna’s Linens at Security Square Mall located on Security Boulevard in Baltimore; 9,000 sq.ft. with Anna’s Linens at Eastover Shopping Center on Indian Head Highway in Oxon Hill; 6,206 sq.ft. with Family Dollar at Maryland City Shopping Center located at the intersection of Route 198 and Interstate 295 in Laurel; 6,000 sq.ft. with Longhorn Steakhouse on Pulaski Highway in Baltimore; 2,589 sq.ft. with Moe’s Southwest Grill at Lusby Town Center located at the intersection of Truman Road and Rousby Hall Road in Lusby; 2,066 sq.ft. with Salsarita at Centerpoint Shopping Center located at the intersection of Howard and Fayette Streets in Baltimore; 2,000 sq.ft. with P.A. Palace at Iverson Mall located at the intersection of Branch Avenue and Iverson Street in Hillcrest Heights; and 1,200 sq.ft. with Belvedere Cleaners on York Road in Baltimore. The company also signed a lease for 1,400 sq.ft. with Executive Tans at South Riding Shopping Center located at the intersection of Route 50 and Prince William Parkway in South Riding, VA.
