The company also signed the following leases with Cost Plus World Market: 17,000 sq.ft. at Mid-Pike Plaza in Rockville, MD and 18,300 sq.ft. adjacent to a Best Buy in Charlottesville, VA. REP Commercial (949-585-7682) signed a five-year lease for 8,194 sq.ft. with D’Ellegance Furniture at Huntington Beach Town & Country Shopping Center located on Beach Boulevard in Huntington Beach, CA. The store is slated to open during early March 2006.
