Sansone Group, Inc. (314-727-6664) represented DDR Realty Co. in the following lease transactions: 3,164 sq.ft. to Massage Envy and 1,400 sq.ft. to Great Clips at Olympic Oaks Village, located on 12123 and12141 Manchester Road, respectively, in Des Peres, MO.

 

Branded Concept Development (212-260-5210) signed a 10-year lease with Papaya King in the food court at the Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City, NY. The company, who represents Papaya King in Suffolk Counties, negotiated on behalf of the landlord, Simon Property Group.

 

Atlas Partners Commercial Brokerage (312-516-5700) signed a lease for 1,420 sq.ft. with Soapbox, Inc. at 50 East Chicago in Chicago, IL.

 

Greenleaf Properties (913-402-9222) signed a 4,500 sq.ft. lease with Norwalk Furniture. The space is located at the intersection of Metcalf Avenue and 135th Street in Overland Park, KS. The store opening is planned for March 2006.

 

WindStar Properties (214-526-2700) signed a lease for 32,886 sq.ft. with Halloween Superstore, Inc. on Overton Ridge Boulevard in Ridge Rock Plaza Shopping Center.

 

Global Business Alliance, Inc. (407-383-7182) negotiated the following leases: 10 years, 1,360 sq.ft. with Central Nails & Spa at the Estero Commons in Estero, FL and five years, 800 sq.ft. with Crystal Nails at the NorthBridge at Millenia in Orlando, FL. The company also represents clients seeking the following locations: a 1,000 sq.ft. Chinese take-out restaurant and nail salon spaces at supermarket- anchored strip centers; a 1,500 sq.ft. to 2,000 sq.ft. Asian fast casual restaurant; 1,500 sq.ft. to 2,000 sq.ft. for a Japanese restaurant; 5,000 sq.ft. to 6,000 sq.ft. for a Japanese steakhouse; 7,000 sq.ft. to 8,000 sq.ft. for Pan-Asian fine dining and 8,000 sq.ft. of second-generation restaurant space for Asian/international buffets.

 

Quest Co. (407-786-4001) signed a 10-year lease with The Opera House, LLC at the Cheyenne Saloon, located on Church Street in Orlando, FL. The three-story 17,165 sq.ft. facility will be opening as  a nightclub once it has been completely refurbished by the new tenant.

 

Mid-America Asset Management, Inc. (630-954-7300) signed leases with Bed Bath & Beyond, Cost Plus, Michael’s, Kirkland’s and Express Tan at Olivet Church Crossing, a 180,000 sq.ft. retail development located at the intersection of Highway 60 and Olivet Church Road in Paducah, KY.

 

M2 Realty Corp. (800-587-9097) signed a lease with FastSigns at 121 Southeast 2nd Avenue in Miami, FL and at 5624 Northwest 167 Street in Miami Gardens, FL. The company also signed leases with Purple Rain, located at the intersection of 88th and 137th Streets in Kendall, FL and at Yucatan Mexican Bar & Grill at 13860-32/33 Wellington Trace in Wellington, FL.

 

New Quest Properties (281-477-4300)  signed the following leases throughout TX: 37,133 sq.ft. of land with Taco Bell at the 309,415 sq.ft. Tucson Realty & Trust (520-577-7000) signed a lease for 8,640 sq.ft. with CSK Auto, Inc. to open a Checkers Auto Parts store at River Crossing Shopping Center, located at the intersection of River Road and La Cholla Boulevard in Tucson, AZ.

 

Transwestern Commercial Services (713-272-1212) signed a 49,223 sq.ft. ground lease with Wachovia Bank at The Market at Lake Houston in Humble, TX. The lease will kick off the construction of Phase II of the 107,000 sq.ft. HEB Supermarket-anchored center located at the intersection of FM 1960 and West Lake Houston Parkway. Phase I of the center is also cotenanted by Cingular Wireless, Payless Shoe Source, Sally’s Beauty and Washington Mutual.

 

JBG Rosenfeld Retail (301-657-0700) signed a lease with P.F. Chang’s China Bistro for 8,300 sq.ft. at Arlington Gateway, located at the intersection of Wilson Boulevard and North Glebe Road in Chevy Chase, MD. The Chinese restaurant will anchor the 17,000 sq.ft.  retail center, which is currently 70% leased.

 

Commercial Retail Advisors (520-290-3200) signed a lease for 1,800 sq.ft. with Alltel at Old Spanish Trail Marketplace, located at the intersection of 22nd and Harrison Roads in Tucson, AZ. The store is expected to open in April. The opening will mark Alltel’s 12th store in Tucson.

Finard & Co. (781-418-6243) is seeking retail sites for KnowFat! Lifestyle Grille in Cambridge and the north shore of MA; Burlington, VT; Portland, ME and NH. The restaurants occupy spaces of 2,200 sq.ft. to 3,000 sq.ft. and combine quick and healthy dining with convenience-style retail store that offers nutritional supplements, vitamins and healthy snack alternatives. The company currently operates three units in Shrewsbury, Watertown and Woburn, MA and a franchised store at Downtown Crossing in Boston.
