From 1998 to 2005, he was a senior director of design for Levinson Associates in Houston, TX. Previously, he served as a senior architect with Sarawak Construction in Malaysia for five years, managing the architecture department and providing strategic planning, design and architectural services to the parent company, K.T.S. Holding. Major projects included reclamation of 150 acres of land from the sea for a beach resort, as well as office buildings, hotels, retail centers and factory complexes. The company also announced that Jeffrey S. Hayes has joined as a broker associate. Previously affiliated with Moody Rambin, Hayes served as director of corporate services and has more than nine years of experience maintaining client relationships in the Houston, TX area as well as Midwestern and southeastern markets. The company also announced that Mark Sondock has joined the company as a broker associate. Previously, he was affiliated with Trammell Crow Co. from 2002 to 2005, representing national and local tenants including Commerce Bank, Cheddar’s, Casual Café and 1-800-Flowers.
