Lease Signings

NewQuest Properties (281-477-4300) signed the following leases throughout TX: 5,500 sq.ft. with Applebee’s at The Parkway Shops, a 14,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Alice Road and Texas 249 in Tomball; 5,320 sq.ft. with Buffalo Wild Wings at Spring Town Center located at the intersection of FM 2920 and Kuykendahl in Spring; 2,698 sq.ft. with T. Jin China Café and 1,750 sq.ft. with Classic Hair at Stables Town Center located at the intersection of Spring Cypress and Champions Forest in Houston; 2,500 sq.ft. with Pearle Vision at New Forest Crossing Shopping Center located at the intersection of Wallisville Road and Beltway 8 in Houston; 1,750 sq.ft. with Image Nail & Facial and 1,500 sq.ft. with Marble Slab Creamery at Brazos Town Center located at the intersection of U.S. 59 and FM 762 in Rosenberg.

 

Ludwig and Seeley Real Estate (248-750-1700) signed a lease for 360 sq.ft. with Campus Cleaners on South University in Ann Arbor, MI. The company also signed a lease for 1,415 sq.ft. with Full House Gaming and Hobby on Sycamore Street in Wyandotte, MI. The company also signed leases with Advantage Cash America in East Pointe, Oak Park and Wyandotte, MI. The company also signed leases with Main Dish Kitchen in Novi and Ann Arbor, MI.

 

Zell Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. (602-248-0600) signed the following leases throughout AZ: 1,260 sq.ft. Grill El Quetzal at Main Street Marketplace located on West Main Street in Mesa; 2,010 sq.ft. with Wells Fargo Financial at Foothills Park Place Shopping Center located on East Ray Road in Phoenix; 1,200 sq.ft. with Zapata Dental at Su Casa Shopping Center located on North 59th  Avenue in Phoenix; 4,000 sq.ft. with Shao’s China Wok at Park Pineway located on South White Mountain Road in Show Low; and 1,162 sq.ft. with Massage Fitness at The Shoppes at Higley Village located at the intersection of NWC University and Higley in Mesa. Massage Fitness will operate an upscale day spa, which will offer therapeutic massages given by licensed massage therapists, and body wraps.

 

The Courtelis Co. (305-261-4330) signed a lease for 23,471 sq.ft. with Office Depot at Bay Landing Shopping Center located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 41 and West Terry Street in Bonita Springs, FL. The space was formerly occupied by Winn-Dixie Marketplace. Cotenants include Outback Steakhouse and Carrabba’s Restaurant.

 

Island Associates (631-982-2100) signed a lease for 1,250 sq.ft. with Subway at Brentwood Shopping Center located on Brentwood Road in Brentwood, NY.

 

The Sembler Co. (727-384-6000) signed a lease with SuperTarget at Perimeter Place, a 900,000 sq.ft. mixed-use development containing 450,000 sq.ft. of multi-anchored retail and 550,000 sq.ft. of residential in the heart of the central perimeter submarket of Atlanta, GA. The center will have access to Interstate 285, Georgia 400 and the Sandy Springs and North Springs MARTA stations. The center will be anchored by SuperTarget, Loehmann’s, Ross Dress For Less, OfficeMax, Drexel and Henredon and Lexington Furniture. Cotenants include Mimi’s Café, Fleming’s, Bonehead’s, Cheeseburger in Paradise, Panera Bread Co., Applebee’s, Mama Fu’s Noodle House, Chipotle, Outback Steakhouse and Carrabba’s.

 

Henzlik-Oliver (913-438-9900) signed a lease for 20,000 sq.ft. with Harbor Freight Tools at Plaza North Shopping Center located in Terra Haute, IN.

 

Coldwell Banker Commercial World Group (402-510-7468) signed a lease for 1,050 sq.ft. with Merle Norman at a center on West Broadway in Council Bluffs, IA. The center is cotenanted by Ashley Lynn Tanning. Merle Norman is a cosmetics studio that sells Merle Norman cosmetic products and gift items such as jewelry, candles, handbags and related accessories.

 

Katz & Associates (800-835-0939) signed the following leases with Linens ‘N Things: 32,000 sq.ft. at Chatham Plaza in Savannah, GA; 27,000 sq.ft. at Regency Commons in Jacksonville, FL; 23,000 sq.ft. at Crossing at Walkers Brook in Reading, MA; 28,000 sq.ft. at Pittsburgh Mills in Pittsburgh, PA and 28,000 sq.ft. on Highland Avenue in Seekonk, MA. The company also signed leases for 4,500 sq.ft. with Jos. A. Bank at Colonial Promenade-Beachwood in Athens, GA and at Bell Tower Shoppes in Fort Myers, FL. The company also signed a lease for 18,300 sq.ft. with Cost Plus World Market at Chatham Plaza in Savannah, GA and 15,000 sq.ft. with Petco at The Loop in Kissimmee, FL.

 

Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (610-246-2606) signed a lease for 3,000 sq.ft. with Pizza Hut at 202 Marketplace, a 70,000 sq.ft. center located  in Montgomeryville, PA. The center is cotenanted by JDR Show Warehouse. The company also negotiated the following two leases for Cosi, a fast casual restaurant: 3,000 sq.ft. at the Yorktown Shoppes, a 60,000 sq.ft. Walgreens-anchored center located on Old York Road in Elkins Park, PA; and 2,700 sq.ft. at Willow Grove Pointe, a 320,000 sq.ft. center located in Willow Grove, PA. The center is anchored by Lowe’s Home Improvement and Sam’s Club.
