Lease Signings


Sax Realty, Inc. (240-497-1192) signed a lease for 2,575 sq.ft. with Chipotle at Waldorf Shoppers World, a 272,000 sq.ft. center located in Waldorf, MD. The center is anchored by Borders, Bed Bath & Beyond, Sports Authority and Burlington Coat Factory. Opening for Chipotle is slated for the second quarter of 2006. The company also signed a lease for 8,282 sq.ft. with P.F. Chang’s China Bistro at Arlington Gateway Project, a center located in the Ballston area of Arlington, VA.

 

Commercial Retail Advisors, LLC (520-290-3200) signed a lease for 3,500 sq.ft. with Panda Express at Safeway Plaza on Golf Links, a center located at the intersection of Golf Links and Wilmot Roads in Tucson, AZ. The restaurant will include a drive-thru and is slated to open during January. This will be Panda’s sixth restaurant and first drive-thru location in Tucson. The company also signed a lease for 1,000 sq.ft. with Ace Cash Advance at Coronado Plaza, a center located at the intersection of Grant Road and First Avenue in Tucson, AZ. The company also signed a lease for 4,515 sq.ft. with The Produce Corral at Campbell Fair Shopping Center located at the intersection of Fort Lowell Road and Campbell Avenue in Tucson, AZ. The store specializes in fresh produce.

 

Next Realty, LLC (847-881-2012) signed a 10-year lease for 10,214 sq.ft. with Petco at Kingsbury Retail Center, a six-story center located at the intersection of Hubbard and Orleans Streets in Chicago, IL. The center is cotenanted by CVS Pharmacy and Ace Hardware. The company also signed a lease for 1,500 sq.ft. with Migun Miracle Massage Beds at Barnes & Noble Plaza, a center located on 76th Street in Greenfield, WI. The stores represent the fusion of Asian and Western medical techniques, combining the effects of acupressure, acupuncture, heat therapy, chiropractic and massage. The center is anchored by Barnes & Noble.

 

Block & Co., Inc. Realtors (816-531-1400) signed the following leases: 2,200 sq.ft. with D3 Sports on West 31st Street in Lawrence, KS; 2,530 sq.ft. with Casa Blanca Restaurant at Foxhill Shopping Center located on Indian Creek Parkway in Overland Park, KS; with CJ’s Beauty Center on Wornall Road in Kansas City, MO and 1,280 sq.ft. with Advance America Cash Advance Centers at Shawnee West Shops on West 65th Street in Shawnee, KS.

 

Matanky Realty Group (312-337-1001) signed the following leases throughout IL: 1,000 sq.ft. with Personal Finance; 1,000 sq.ft. with Advance til Payday; and 1,000 sq.ft. with Lee Lee Nails at Hazel Crest Center, an 83,000 sq.ft. center located in Hazel Crest; 1,200 sq.ft. with Bestcom; and 1,400 sq.ft. with J&A Footwear at Grand Boulevard Plaza, a 140,000 sq.ft. center located in Chicago; 800 sq.ft. with Hi Nails at Chicago Kedzie Plaza, a 120,000 sq.ft. center located in Chicago and 8,000 sq.ft. with Sam’s Discount Beauty on West Chicago in Chicago.

The company also signed a year lease for 3,373 sq.ft. with Wells Fargo at West Oquendo in Las Vegas, NV.

 

Global Business Alliance, Inc. (407-383-7182) signed a five-year lease for 3,722 sq.ft. with Fuji Sushi Grill at Towers at Waterford, a center located in Waterford, FL.
