The portfolio consists of nine retail properties, both anchored and unanchored, and one mini-storage property. Anchor tenants include Office Depot, Academy Sports & Outdoors, Walgreens, CVS, Fallas Paredes and JoAnn Fabric and Crafts. The company also provided $52 million in fixed-rate financing for a portfolio of retail properties located in New York, NY. The portfolio consists of seven properties, six of which are located throughout the borough of Manhattan.
