Lease Signings The Goldstein Group (201-703-9700) signed the following leases throughout NJ: 3,800 sq.ft. with 1-800-Mattress at the former Van Iderstine building located at 120 Route 22 center island in Springfield; with Subway at a site located at 2252 Hamburg Turnpike in Wayne; with Chefski’s Polish Deli on 360 Main Avenue in Wallington; with Fantastic Sam’s at A&P Shopping Center located on Franklin Turnpike in Mahwah and with Edible Arrangements on Raymond Boulevard in Newark.
Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. (248-848-4940) signed a lease for 10,588 sq.ft. with Powerhouse Gym on Hayes Road in Fraser, MI.
Prudential Douglas Elliman (212-692-8352) signed a long-term lease for 1,000 sq.ft. with Dunderdon on Lafayette Street in New York, NY. Sweden-based Dunderdon’s product line features pants, jackets, sweats, T-shirts, shorts and accessories. The stores are known for their denim products. The company also signed a 10-year lease with Spain-based Tous, a luxury accessories retailer, on Greene Street in New York, NY. The stores offer diamond jewelry, watches, bathing suits, handbags, perfumes and sunglasses.
CB Richard Ellis, Inc. (310-516-2382) signed a five-year lease for 1,200 sq.ft. with KAPS-Cartridge World at Cerritos Plaza, a center located on South Street in Cerritos, CA.
Island Associates Real Estate, Inc. (631-982-2100) signed a 10-year lease with Palm Beach Tan at Rockville Centre in Rockville Centre, NY. The space was formerly occupied by Rite Aid.
