Real Estate Professionals Making The News MacFarlane Partners (415-356-2500) hired Tom Klugherz as principal and chief operating officer. He will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company’s urban real estate investment program and will directly oversee the firm’s portfolio management, asset management, research, risk management, finance and accounting functions. He will also have input in the underwriting and due diligence of prospective urban investments.
NAI Hunneman (617-457-3400) promoted five commercial real estate professionals. Jim Boudrot and Tom Aitken were promoted from vice presidents to senior vice presidents. Boudrot has more than 11 years experience in commercial real estate. He specializes in leasing and sales and research and development space along the Route 128 corridor; Aitken has more than 16 years experience in the industry. He focuses on servicing commercial real estate interests in both tenants and landlords in the greater Boston, MA area with a focus on the Route 128 corridor.
Sterling Commercial Capital, LLC (203-366-0320) opened a branch office in Lake Delton, WI. The Midwestern regional office of the company is headed by Wally Czuprynko, who was previously president and CEO of Diamond Properties, as well as Newcastle Corp.

Prior to joining Westrust, Hira worked for Lewis Retail Centers as vice president of retail development. He also served as an executive at GMS Realty, LLC. Hira ahs facilitated more than $1 billion in a variety of real estate transactions including new development, acquisitions, dispositions and financing. |
