Lease Signings


The Goldstein Group (201-703-9700) signed a lease for 3,500 sq.ft. with Massage Envy at Crescent Center located on Columbia Turnpike in Florham Park, NJ. The membership-based day spa is focused on therapeutic massages geared toward women ages 25 to 65. There are currently 44 locations nationwide and 150 locations under development within 17 states. The company also signed leases with the following retailers throughout NJ: Radio Shack at Styertowne Shopping Center in Clifton; Ethos Health Spa on Godwin Avenue in Midland Park; and with Bergen Home Fitness and Millennium Fitness on Route 17 in Ramsey.

 

Breslin Realty Development Corp. (516-741-7400) signed a 75-year lease with options with Walgreens at the intersection of Main Street and Elm Street in Smithtown, NY. The 14,564 sq.ft. site has a drive-thru and is the retailer’s new state-of-the-art prototype.

 

Premier Properties (317-558-9900) signed leases with Barnes & Noble, Vera Bradley, Claddagh Irish Pub and Stone Creek Dining Company at Metropolis, a 550,000 sq.ft. open-air lifestyle center located at the Six Points Road exit of Interstate 70 and State Road 40 in Plainfield, IN.

 

Vita & Vita Realty Corp. (973-227-5233) signed the following leases at Broad Street Centre, a 202,000 sq.ft. center located on Route 41 in Murfreesboro, TN: 8,000 sq.ft. with Tuesday Morning; 13,000 sq.ft. with Dollar Tree; 4,000 sq.ft. with Christian Book Outlet; 28,000 sq.ft. with Big Lots and 2,300 sq.ft. with Sun Loan. The company also signed the following leases at Hills Shopping Complex, a 325,000 sq.ft. center located on Route 322 in State College, PA: 47,000 sq.ft. with Ollie’s Spirit Halloween store; 2,300 sq.ft. with Kish Bank; 1,080 sq.ft. with Express Personnel; 4,000 sq.ft. with Schoeneman Beauty and with the Amish Farmers Market. The company also signed a lease for 1,500 sq.ft. with Subway at Lincoln Park Plaza, a 60,000 sq.ft. center located on Route 202 in Lincoln Park, NJ. The company also signed a lease for 13,000 sq.ft. with CVS Pharmacy at Campus Plaza, a 52,000 sq.ft. center located on Route 10 in Randolph, NJ.

 

National Realty & Development Corp. (914-272-8034) signed leases with Best Buy and Joyce Leslie at Hawley Lane Plaza, a center located in Trumbull, CT. Cotenants include Target, Kohl’s, HomeGoods, Dress Barn, Radio Shack, Dunkin’ Donuts, Payless ShoeSource.

 

Petrie Ventures, Inc. (410-573-3800) signed a lease for 13,000 sq.ft. with Brian Mitchell’s Crab Café at Largo Commons, a center located at the intersection of Arena Drive and Route 202 in Prince George’s County, MD. The restaurant will feature Louisiana cuisine in an upscale, casual dining atmosphere along with an outdoor balcony and four VIP areas.

 

Berger-Epstein Associates, Inc. (610-437-7070) signed a lease with H&R Block at Perkasie Square, a 100,000 sq.ft. center located in Perkasie, PA. Cotenants include Landis Supermarkets, Eckerd, McDonald’s, Blockbuster Video, Hair Cuttery, Univest National Bank, Subway, Verizon Wireless, Pennsylvania Wine & Spirits and Rita’s Water Ices.

 

Wilson Commercial Real Estate (310-473-4424) signed the following leases throughout CA: with Radio Shack, Hallmark and Solo Insurance Services at Ladera Center located at the intersection of Centinela Avenue and La Tijera Boulevard in Ladera Heights; five years for 1,000 sq.ft. with Supercuts at Trail Crossings Shopping Center located at the intersection of 50th Street West and Avenue N in Quartz Hill; 10 years for 3,335 sq.ft. with Pacific Dental and 1,480 sq.ft. with H&R Block at Platt Village Shopping Center in West Hills; 10 years for 1,275 sq.ft. with John Ricotta Men’s Clothing Store at Gateway Plaza located on Rye Canyon in Valencia; five years for 1,137 sq.ft. with MG Mortgage at Heritage Marketplace located at the intersection of Scott Road and Interstate 215 Freeway in Murrieta; five years for 4,223 sq.ft. with Westpoint Furniture at Target Center located on Cochran Street in Simi Valley.

 

Jack Kahn Realty Services Corp. (973-808-8757) signed the following leases with Cingular Wireless: 1,500 sq.ft. on Route 46 in Roxbury, NJ; 1,400 sq.ft. in Livingston, NJ; 1,200 sq.ft. in Williamstown, NJ; 2,300 sq.ft. in Easton, PA; 1,200 sq.ft. in Lancaster, PA and a kiosk location at the Coliseum Mall in Hampton, VA; a kiosk location at the MacArthur Center Mall in Norfolk, VA and a kiosk location at the Chesapeake Square Mall in Chesapeake, VA. Other signed leases include: 2,800 sq.ft. with Diane’s Hallmark in Livingston, NJ; 1,400 sq.ft. with Daniel & Co. Fine Jewelry in Livingston, NJ; 1,200 sq.ft. with Goodman Travel in Livingston, NJ and 975 sq.ft. with Cartridge World in Cranford, NJ.

 

Blue Back Square, LLC (203-281-1213) signed a lease for 7,084 sq.ft. with Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar at Blue Back Square, a 550,000 sq.ft. center located in West Hartford, CT.

 

Ludwig & Seeley, Inc. (248-750-1700) signed the following leases: with No Thai restaurant located on South University in downtown Ann Arbor, MI and with Goldbrokers Jewelry Store on Dixie Highway in Waterford, MI.
