Lease Signings


Ludwig & Seeley, Inc. (248-750-1700) signed the following leases: with No Thai restaurant located on South University in downtown Ann Arbor, MI and with Goldbrokers Jewelry Store on Dixie Highway in Waterford, MI.

 

The Retail Connection, L.P. (214-572-0777) signed a lease for 30,000 sq.ft. with Bed Bath & Beyond at Cypress Towne Center located in Houston, TX. This will be Bed Bath & Beyond’s 16th store in Houston and its 58th throughout TX.

 

The Woodmont Co. (817-732-4000) signed a lease for 6,750 sq.ft. with Kirkland’s at Rockwall Crossing, a center located at the intersection of Interstate 30 and Highway 205 in Rockwall, TX. The company also signed the following leases: 5,600 sq.ft. with Shoe Show at the Wal*Mart Shopping Center located in Plainview, TX; 5,200 sq.ft. with Shoe Show at Hereford Corners Shopping Center located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 385 and 15th Street in Hereford, TX; 5,000 sq.ft. with Shoe Dept. at Alice Shopping Center located at the intersection of Highway 44 and Atkinson Road in Alice, TX; and 5,500 sq.ft. with Lady Fitness Center at Oak Grove Plaza located at the intersection of Highway 78 and Bunker Hill in Sachse, TX.

 

The Grossman Cos., Inc. (617-472-2000) signed a lease for 2,300 sq.ft. with D&R Family Discount Dollar Store at The Bullard Building located at the intersection of Waverly Street and Irving Street in Framingham, MA. Cotenants of the site include Colortyme, H&R Block, Hispano American Record Shop and Copacabana Grill.

 

R.J. Waters & Associates, Inc. (610-444-6000) signed a lease for 2,400 sq.ft. with Exton Florist Nails and Spa at Fairfield Place Shopping Center, a 300,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Route 100 and Swedesford Road in Exton, PA. This will be the store’s first unit in Chester County.

 

Signature Associates – ONCOR International (248-948-9000) signed a lease for 36,950 sq.ft. with Inside Out Home Recreation Outfitters on Van Dyke Avenue in Sterling Heights, MI. The store is slated to open next month.

 

NAI Capital (818-905-2400) signed a 10-year lease for 6,586 sq.ft. with The Grand Café on Deep Valley Drive in Rolling Hills, CA. The space was formerly occupied by Il Posto Italian restaurant.

 

Commercial Retail Advisors, LLC (520-290-3200) signed a lease for 1,300 sq.ft. with Papa John’s at the Rita Ranch Shopping Center located at the intersection of Houghton and Rita Ranch Road in Tucson, AZ.

 

Goodman Real Estate Services Group, LLC (216-381-8200) signed a lease for 35,000 sq.ft. with Big Lots and Big Lots Furniture at a former Ames building at Saybrook Plaza located in Ashtabula, OH.

 

NAI Houston (713-629-0500) signed a lease for 1,200 sq.ft. with Mr. Jim’s Pizza at the intersection of Stuebner and Cypresswood in Houston, TX. The company also signed a lease for 1,860 sq.ft. with Batteries Plus on Beechnut in Houston, TX.

 

Noddle Cos. (800-365-1616) signed the following leases: 60,372 sq.ft. with Hobby Lobby at Plaza West in Mason City, IA; 28,332 sq.ft. with Mercantile Farm & Ranch at Heritage Plaza in Spearfish, SD; 3,150 sq.ft. with Tan World at Harvey Oaks Plaza in Omaha, NE; 2,800 sq.ft. with Arial at Maple 108 Shopping Center in Omaha, NE; 1,475 sq.ft. with Donut Professor at Shoppes at Aksarben in Omaha, NE and 1,362 sq.ft. with Ace Cash Express at Empire Park Shopping Center in Omaha, NE.

 

Fameco Real Estate (610-834-8000) signed the following leases at Franklin Marketplace, a 223,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Knights and Woodhaven Roads in northeast Philadelphia, PA: 30,000 sq.ft. with Big Lots and 15,000 sq.ft. Harbor Freight Tools. Cotenants include CompUSA, Pier 1 Imports, Citizens Bank, Dollar Tree and United Furniture.

 

CB Richard Ellis, Inc. (215-561-8915) signed a 20-year lease for 114,856 sq.ft. with BJ’s Wholesale Club at Pencader Plaza, a center located at the intersection of Routes 72 and 4 in Newark, DE.

 

Interstate Partners, LLC (847-303-9740) signed a lease for 4,603 sq.ft. with Chicago Bread Co., the franchisee to Panera Bread, at The Grove, a center located just north of Interstate 90 and Randall Road in Elgin, IL. Panera is expected to occupy the site by the end of the year in a 6,442 sq.ft. space.

 

Zell Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. (602-248-0600) signed the following leases throughout AZ: 2,575 sq.ft. with AZ Kicks at Cinema Park located on North 7th Street in Phoenix; 1,591 sq.ft. with Tu Le at Paradise Valley Marketplace located on Tatum Boulevard in Phoenix; 1,591 sq.ft. with Camelback Chiropractic at Columbia Plaza located at the intersection of 99th Avenue and Camelback Road in Phoenix; 1,508 sq.ft. with Marco’s Pizza at The Shoppes at Higley Village on Higley Road in Mesa; 1,362 sq.ft. with U-Build-It at Harmon Ranch on West Ray Road in Chandler; and 1,500 sq.ft. with Ranch Dental at Phoenix Ranch Market Shopping Center on West Camelback Road in Glendale.
