General Growth Properties is developing The Bridge at Mint Hill, a 1.3 million sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Interstate 485 and Lawyers Road in Mint Hill, NC. The open-air streetscape will be anchored by three freestanding department stores, a bookstore, a 14-screen theater, restaurants and a collection of upscale specialty stores.
