Led by Bob Sullivan, the company has an annual sales volume of more than $24 million. NAI Sullivan Group’s specialty areas include land, office, industrial, investment and retail commercial real estate brokerage. Additionally, the firm offers services in sales, leasing, development, management and property valuation. Intracorp San Francisco (415-369-2800) appointed Robert Hertzfeld to vice president of development, where he will manage entitlements, design, construction and marketing of the company’s development projects.
Across America Real Estate (303-893-1003) named James W. Creamer III as vice president, treasurer and chief financial officer. Creamer brings over 15 years of experience in both investment banking and commercial banking, with extensive experience in both institutional and retail-oriented capital markets. Creamer comes to AARD from Vectra Bank Colorado, where he served as vice president of commercial banking.
Noddle Cos. (402-496-1616) promoted Mark Ringsdorf to vice president/director of property management. He will be in charge of day-to-day management responsibilities of the company’s portfolio. Noddle is responsible for the property management or asset management of over 3.5 million sq.ft. of property primarily located throughout the Midwest and East Coast. Ringsdorf was formerly a senior property manager at the company. Prior to working at Noddle, Ringsdorf was a senior property manager at Grubb & Ellis/Pacific Realty.

Berman will be responsible for leasing at select properties in the portfolio, including the Canton Centre Mall in OH and the Oakland Park Festival Centre in FL, as well as new developments.
