The Festival Cos. is preleasing El Centro Huntington Park, an 80-acre retail development project located at the intersection of Pacific Boulevard, Slauson Avenue and Alameda Street in Huntington Park, CA. Colliers Turley Martin Tucker is preleasing Tollgate Village, a 300,000 sq.ft. center located off U.S. Highway 31 Columbia Pike in Thompson’s Station, TN. The center will feature residential, retail and office space, including 700 dwelling units and single family homes. The site is located adjacent to a high school and is near the Interstate 840 interchange. The center will be situated on a land area of 360 acres.

The Evans Co. is developing The Village at University Park, a center located at the intersection of Cook Street and Gerald Ford in Palm Desert, CA. The mixed-use, open-air lifestyle project combines restaurants, retail, offices and a 120-room Hilton Homewood Suites on a land area of 23.5 acres. Phase I includes 45,000 sq.ft. of restaurants and retail stores, as well as eight buildings totaling 75,000 sq.ft. for garden office condominiums. Woolbright Development, Inc. is developing Collection at Vanderbilt, a 253,000 sq.ft. center located at the northwest corner of Vanderbilt Beach Road and Airport Pulling Road in Naples, FL. The center will be situated on a land area of 30 acres. The development plan calls for two phases of construction of a Mediterranean revival-style retail community that will be anchored by a 19,700 sq.ft. Fresh Market. The first phase, which the company expects to complete in the third quarter of 2007, will be occupied by tenants later this year. The company is planning to complete the second phase next summer.
