Real Estate Professionals Making the News The Goldstein Group (908-781-6420) promoted Kristie Kiser. Kiser joined the company in 2004 as a member of the marketing department and will now serve as a member of the company’s brokerage team. In this new capacity, Kiser will represent both tenants and landlords. Prior to joining The Goldstein Group, Kiser specialized in developing marketing programs for commercial properties nationwide for Colliers Houston and Cushman & Wakefield.
Katz & Associates Corp. (561-361-7232) hired David Emihovich as director of real estate for the southern region. Prior to joining Katz, Emihovich was a leasing associate with Continental Real Estate Cos. in Miami, FL. He exclusively represented several national retailers such as The Children’s Place, GameStop, Jamba Juice, Hair Cuttery and Mayor’s Jewelers. He was also responsible for the leasing of two regional Wal*Mart-anchored projects in Gainesville and Orange Park, FL. In addition, he was involved with the strategic planning and corporate rollout of Panera Bread for Dade, Lee and Collier County in FL. Prior to Continental Real Estate, Emihovich was with GT Colliers in Roseville, CA. He was responsible for the Weingarten Realty Portfolio of northern CA. He was also involved with the rollout and expansion of Coldstone Creamery, EB Games and Panera Bread for northern and central CA. Emihovich successfully completed the land and feasibility study for several supermarket-anchored centers in the cities of Galt, Dixon and Vacaville, CA.
O&S Holdings, LLC (310-207-8600) named Naumann Idrees senior vice president of leasing. In this role, he will oversee the ongoing leasing efforts of the company’s portfolio of operating and development properties. In addition, he is responsible for the coordination of all third-party leasing, managing the in-house policies and procedures and supervising the leasing staff. He also is a member of the executive committee. Before joining O&S Holdings, Idrees was vice president of real estate and store development and a member of the executive team for G+G Retail, a women’s apparel chain. In that capacity, Idrees oversaw all real estate, legal and construction activities for the company. In 2004, he was promoted to national director of real estate and soon after was named director of strategy and development.
Staubach Retail (972-361-5422) appointed James E. Reilly as vice president. Reilly is based out of the City Avenue office in Bala Cynwyd, PA. He will focus on tenant representation for both national and regional retailers. Reilly most recently served as vice president and director of retail at Corporate Realty Solutions, Inc., where he was responsible for growing and managing the retail department. Prior to that, he was a retail sales representative at Colliers Lanard & Axilbund, where he focused on tenant and landlord representation and was responsible for the sales and leasing of retail space throughout the tri-state area. |
