The Rotella Group, Inc. (954-568-9015) is representing The Cato Corporation in its expansion throughout southeastern FL.  The value-priced women’s apparel stores occupy spaces of 3,000 sq.ft. to 5,000 sq.ft.  Preferred demographics include a trade-area population of 20,000 sq.ft.

 

Levin Management Corp. (201-796-7788) is the exclusive leasing agent for Fairlane Village Mall, a 600,000 sq.ft. enclosed mall as well as pad sites, in Pottsville, PA.  Fairlane Village Mall in anchored by Boscov’s, Lowe’s and Value City.  Additional cotenants include CVS, Hallmark, Claire’s, Littman Jewelers, Kay Jewelers, GNC, Waldenbooks, Wells Fargo Financial, FYE, Wachovia, Radio Shack and Fashion Bug.  Preferred demographics include a population of 93,000 within ten miles earning $48,294 as the average household income.

 

Royal Properties, Inc. (914-237-3403) in representing the following retailers: Tengda Asian Bistro in its expansion throughout Fairfield County, CT and Westchester County, NY.  The restaurants occupy spaces of 1,500 sq.ft. to 6,000 sq.ft. in freestanding locations and strip centers; The UPS Store in its expansion throughout CT and Brooklyn, The Bronx, Orange, Rockland and Westchester counties in NY.  The stores occupy spaces of 1,000 sq.ft. to 2,000 sq.ft. in power and strip centers; Just A Buck in its expansion throughout CT, NJ and NY.  The discount stores occupy spaces of 3,000 sq.ft. to 5,000 sq.ft. in supermarket/discount department store anchored shopping centers; Five Guys Famous Burgers and Fries in its expansion throughout Westchester County, NY.  The restaurants occupy spaces of 1,800 sq.ft. to 3,000 sq.ft. in corner, end-cap and inline spaces; Angel Tips Nail Salon in its expansion throughout CT, NJ and NY.  The nail salons occupy spaces of 800 sq.ft. to 2,000 sq.ft. in supermarket anchored shopping centers and Great Play in its expansion throughout Fairfield County, CT and Westchester County, NY.  The centers, specializing in developing motor skills, sports skills and fitness through fun structured play in an exciting interactive arena, occupy spaces of 3,000 sq.ft. to 4,000 sq.ft.

 

Trammell Crow Co. (770-290-0752) has been appointed as exclusive sales and marketing representative for Mission Hills Shopping Center.  The 85,000 sq.ft. center is located on Colliers Boulevard and Vanderbilt Beach Road in Naples, FL.  The upscale center is anchored by Sweetbay Supermarket and other cotenants include Cingular Wireless, Hollywood Video and Subway Restaurants.

 

DJM Asset Management (877-465-1050 Ext. 227) is handling the disposition of 10 stores leased to T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, Home Goods and Bob’s Stores.  The available stores range between 13,585 sq.ft. to 39,800 sq.ft. at locations throughout CO, CT, MA, MD, ME, NJ, PA and VA in freestanding locations and strip centers.

 

Robert K. Futterman & Associates (212-935-1558) is the exclusive retail leasing agent for Flushing Commons, a 1.7 million sq.ft. mixed-use urban development located in downtown Flushing, Queens, New York City.  The development includes 347,000 sq.ft. of retail and restaurant space.
